This hotel in central Hamburg offers free WiFi in its public areas and good transport links. Free on-street parking is available and the Reeperbahn is a 7-minute walk away.
Score from 645 reviews Good
This 3-star hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Reeperbahn entertainment mile in Hamburg’s St. Pauli district. It offers great public transportation services and modern rooms with a flat-screen TV.
Score from 2379 reviews Very good
A 3-minute walk from the Elbe River and the Reeperbahn, this hotel features Hanseatic food and free Wi-Fi. Its Tower Bar provides great views of Hamburg and the harbor.
Score from 4232 reviews Very good
Situated next to the Imperial Theatre in Hamburg’s nightlife district of St. Pauli, this 3-star hotel is a short walk from the Reeperbahn boulevard, harbor, fish market, and convention center.
Score from 670 reviews Good
Modern, clean, and located close to all in Hamburg.
The shower head holder was broken and would not hold the head in place. The bed had two mattresses and they kept splitting apart (no one wants to sleep in the crack) There were no pictures on the walls at all it was a bit sterile. Breakfast was not good, cold eggs terrible coffee, and old bread.
The single room that I got was very small for the price that they charge.
Location is perfect! Liked the staff.
Nice staff, excellent location opposite St Pauli football ground and the excellent St Pauli district with it's many fine bars. Very clean, nice room.
Comfy bed but minimal and cold duvet and towels the size of handkerchiefs. Otherwise excellent.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, great breakfast
To far from Central Hamburg
in the neighbourhood of the bars, restaurants, clubs, and christmas market of the reeperbahn, and sufficient close to the center of Hamburg and the harbor.
The staff were very helpful and willingly went beyond the call of duty. We have never been to Hamburg and were visiting in distressed circumstances. Thank you so much; we commended this Hotel highly.
Generally, the outside needs attention to. But we know that this the responsibility of the Hamburg City Authority. Keep on campaigning for environmental improvements.
Very nice breakfast
Noise from street
The staff were very attentive Centrally located for my needs Clean and tidy lobby area
Lack of amenities within the room TV was small and next to no English channels
Smell in hallways loud street in front of room
Nice location, good breakfest
Floors were keeping sound, i could hear when my neihgours were stepping around.
It was clean. Breakfast Ok Close to my work situation
Wifi was terrible. Impossible to use. I need it for my work and choose a hotel which has wifi in the room. When it doesnt work its frustrating. Booking.com should not allow Hotels to just say yes to wifi and then not have a system that actually works in the rooms. The rooms are basic and beds not comnfortable. Horible rubber covers on the mattress. Rough sheets. Not a double bed as requested. Two single pushed together. thats not a double bed!
not clean, old worn down building
The breakfast was precious and the room has enough space
The customer service, the ladies @ reception were quite rude for one to seek help. Especially the lady present on day shift of 26th/09. The hotel doesn't have any one to attend to customers in the rooms.
Hotel was near the U-bahn, pretty near central Hamburg. Don't be put off by the mural on the outside wall: this is a good hotel. Free internet, good breakfast.
Room was a little small, quite a lot of traffic noise.
Lovely hotel, very clean, great looking, beautiful reception, friendly and helpful staff, room was perfect with spotless bathroom. Superb St Pauli location, very close to the station. Quiet location but only a few minutes from cafes, bars, etc (even on a weekend night) Great price Will stay again
Wi fi is free but very poor signal Needs a kettle in the room
no mini bar, low wifi signal, low wifi speed, breakfast bad
The location is good, it is located 250 meters from a metro station, with you can reach the middle town in 5 minutes. Many bus lines travel also for this zine.
The price is a little high if you think in the room quality. It does not have a frigobar. The bathroom is very tiny. It is imposible to take a shower without spreading water for all over the floor. The room is ok, only if it costs max. 60€/nigth (95€/nigth, as we paid, is too much)
- Exellent space (appartments) - WiFi reception in appartements - Breakfast - Location - Free parking in a closed area
My room was rather spacious and quite nicely decorated with a combination of new, clean design (read ikea) and classic touches. The bed was comfortable and the pillow and the duvet light and airy.
Chandelier with a crooked light, can't really turn up the volume on the TV (might be a problem for hearing impaired) and the bathroom light was turned on via a sensor, so try not to waste time sitting still. The WiFi signal was very poor (in a room about 10m from the lobby, ground floor) and when it did connect it required a username and password that you get from reception, but you can't use it for more than one device. It has a gated parking area that closes after you get in, requiring you to put your arm through the fence in order to feel for the intercom button so that the receptionist can let you out.
Clean and spacy room, very close to Reeperbahn and the city center. You can park your car at hotels parking place. The breakfast was also wery good.
Poor Wifi and some smell in the room like it is a smoking room.
The parking arrangements were good. The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive.
There was no ventilation, no ceiling fan, no fans is any kind. Further, the room was so poorly appointed that there wasn't even a table to put my things. No hooks in the bathroom. There wasn't even regular soap, only liquid soap. We had to find a convenience store in a seedy neighborhood to buy soap! Even the hotel wifi didn't reach to our room, we had to use the lobby.
Most of the places of interest could be reached either on foot or by tram. Room was well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast catered for all tastes. Staff were very friendly. Prices were fair. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Hamburg for a few day.
Near to the U and S Bahn stations. Near the Reeperbahn strip.
Although the hotel reception and lobby looks new, the rooms itself are old and have a weird smell. Basic facilities such as wifi, water kettle, safety box were absent. The upgrade to a 'comfort' room was just a little bit more space with extra seating furniture - NOT worth it.
