Near to central train station, shopping areas and nice restaurants

The breakfast was ok, the rooms were clean and staff were cooperative.

The design of the rooms was very bad and no much space, the bathrooms were poorely maintained.

Perfect location in the centre of Hamburg, good value for your money.

I stayed in this hotel in the single room with the bathroom on the floor from 24 till 28 of April 2013. It is quite good room for one person. My room was on the 6th floor. There was the wash-stand in the room, only wc and shower was on the floor. During my stay I did not see any signs if somebody else used this toilet :) So I felt no problem to use it anytime :) The breakfast was very good.

It was close to the station the breakfast was great. Large selection. But again. Not happy staff

The room was very very small.. One single bed and a small walk space next to the bed. The staff were ok but not happy people.

Location, location, location. Plus, a great breakfast included.

There was a noisy bathroom fan that sometimes wouldn't shut off quickly. Staff tried to help and were very courteous. This was a minor problem.

Location is excellent, only 200 meters from the train station, very covenient. Breafast room is large, reasonable selection and opened early since 6 o'clock, very convenient for out of town trip.

The room is very small. Tv did not work. Yet, it is clean.

The place was good, well there was some construction going on but you can not blame that. Breakfast was really good, and it was included in the price. Location is also good, easy communication with metro. But for the price it was ok :)

Bath facilities were really bad, noisy ventilation/toilet/piping, nothing matched the pictures, the bed was terrible, looked like a real double bed, but it was just a two thin mattresses on a wooden frame, so it was crap. Not sure about the soundproofing though.

It was really cold in the room (turning on the radiator didn't help - it was -2 outside).

The rooms are very clean, they also provide a hair dryer in each room. We used the shared bathroom, which was very clean. The breakfast was included, and was excellent. The breakfast room was very nicely designed. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the main station.

The only non-German channel of tv was the bbc. The room is sort of small.

The people were friendly, the facility was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the city location was excellent.

Room was a little small, but understandable bearing in mind the price.

The hotel location is good, it is located in the center of Hamburg near to the Hauptbahnhof (100 m). The hotel staff is friendly. You can ask them if you need something without any problems. The breakfast is various.

We were applying for the room with windows view to the quate side, but we got the one with a view to the building work. It was noisy. Moreover the hotel is situated over the U-Bahn (Subway). You can hear all trains under your room. The room was small and not so beautiful as it was on the picture before. The walls are sound-transparent, you can hear all sound near to your room. Not all rooms have own toilette and bathrooms. If you are applying for a cheap variant, you can get the shared one. The prise is really high for that quality.
