The Breakfast was ok The room was extremely small, and having about 15 room on one bathroom is too much! Noisy in the evening/night. |

The Eden Hotel Hamburg had a great location, practically across the street from the Central train station. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. It was a great place to relax and just get a break. The outer appearance of the Hotel was very discouraging, the rooms were smaller than I expected but completely manageable, and the elevator appeared to be useless. But I think I got what I paid for. |

Very close to main rail station and subway system. Lots of restaurants close by. It bordered on the red light district and families may be offended. Lots of "interesting" characters running around. |

I did not realized at first, even after looking into Google Earth, that this Hotell is situated just in front of Central Station. That was so convenient !!! Everything is very close, - best Hotell if You are walking by foot. White walls. May be it's just I don't like white walls..:) |

good location First night I had to spend at other hotel, Eden hotel was full. They booked for me a room in a neighbouring hotel for one night - this move was a loss of my time. |

great location and staff were cordial. I would stay there again if visiting hamburg, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to except the reeperbahn, but if you were into that area you would probably stay there instead it was a little dark and gloomy but great value for money so on the whole not so bad |

The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The mattress was not very supportive and you could feel the springs. . |

it is easily accessable with free street parking after a late supper. Was surprised by the fresh tropical fruit salad amongst the expected breakfast array for this class hotel. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom |

the buffet breakfast was very good value for the money especially since it was included with the room rate already. maybe this is booking.com's fault but during online booking we were asked about smoking preference and we said we wanted a smoking room. however, the entire hotel was non-smoking. |

The hotel was in a reasonable position, the room was clean. we requested a double room and got a twin. The tv didn't work and the remote was broken. It seemed shabby for a three star hotel |

The breakfast was great! Parking was next to which was good, however in order to pay cheaper you should ask for a day card in advance which was not told by the hotel staf. |
