The pictures shown on your website does not tally up withbthe actual hotel. There are prostitutes rightnoutside the hotel lobby n they bring their customers to the hotel. Definately over priced.... 178 euro for a crappy hotel... I drove all the way from Sweden to the hotel only to check out n drive back to Sweden disappointed. As such this will be my last time using your services. |

I thought the venue was excellent! the hotel is within 5 minute radius of the main sites in Hamburg such as rathaus. The hotel is approx 2minutes walk to the hofbahnof train station, they had a computer room that is free for all guests to use. |

I was careless during reservation and ended up in a room with an external bathroom at the corridor.. It seems the other rooms have internal bathrooms. I do not recommend this particular room. |

It was close to the city center. There were some "ladies" walking up and down the street in front of the hotel and they even tried to propose something to my boyfriend. |

It is too expensive for what it offers. The room I stayed is very small and the staff is not helpful at all. Great location but not worth it |

The location was excellent. Very near from the station and easy to find. Receptionist spoke good English. The room was upgraded. Comparing withe the hotel around, the price could be cheaper. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Quality breakfast. Main railway station at 200 meters. In general, I liked the hotel, which price is acceptable compared to other hotels in the city. But, if I didn't book hotel very late, I wouldn't chose it. The room hadn't bathroom and toilets. But we were warned of it. |

It was close to main railway station and city center. It was easy to find by walk and breakfast was more or less delicious. It was not noicy and therefore I slept well. Rather small room without toilet. I had shared toilet in the corricor, but. actually it was not a big problem at all. |

Free breakfast, English speaking staff, close proximity to the main train station, and a decently sized room for Europe. Be aware that this hotel is in the red light district. At any time we could see between 2-6 prostitutes from our window. |

Located near the central station, breakfast was so-so My room was out of order due to electricity problems, so I got a room with bath and toilet on the floor with discount of 30 eur per this night. It was rather clean, but still very unpleasant. This is the problem of small hotels. |

Nice staff, however, the hotel is located just opposite the Hauptbahnhof in Hamburg, and for better or worse, this area attracts alot of dodgy people. There was a car race outside my hotel window in the night.. But the hotel and staff is nice, and the rooms are clean. Good value. |

Small hotel in the center of Hamburg, perfect location, walking distance to everything we needed. Very friendly service, and extremely good breakfast. We did enjoy. The hotel itself was very nice and I would stay there again if I would travel to Hamburg. |
