Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil es nur 2,5 km von der Europahalle weg war und man dorthin laufen konnte. Das Hotel ist von der Bausubstanz etwas älter, was man auch den Zimmern anmerkt. Aber die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und wir haben gut geschlafen - also eine recht ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und in Ordnung. Die Dielen im Zimmer knarren. Ein Bettvorleger oder ein Teppich wäre vorteilhaft gegen kalte Füße. Frühstück kostet pro Person 10.- Euro extra (ja - es steht so in der Beschreibung - aber bei einigen Hotels oder Pensionen ist es trotzdem im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, auch wenn das Frühstück extra erwähnt wird). Als wir nach dem Konzert noch einen "Absacker" trinken wollten, wurden wir an den Automatenkollegen verwiesen. So gab es eben kein Betthupferl ... Schade.

Sauberes, grosses Zimmer. Ruhige Lage in Nebenstrasse, Zimmer ging auf ruhigen Garten raus. War sehr zufrieden.

Der Blick ins Grüne zur Rückseite ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

gute Lage zum Ort meiner Fortbildung, Allergikerzimmer die Böden wurden in den 2 letzten Tagen nicht gut gereinigt, das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gleich, sondern verbesserte sich, als Messe-reisende als Gäste hinzukamen

Qualité de l'accueil. Professionalisme du personnel. Contenu du petit- déjeuner et ambiance ( dont la décoration de Noël sobre, moderne et délicate). Proximité de la gare principale et du coeur de la ville. Calme extérieur et intérieur: il devient rare de ne pas se faire abrutir de sons (extra)-musicaux dès le réveil. Système de chauffage moderne et apparemment bien adapté. un plan de développement pourrait prévoir le remplacement des écrans de télévision

Hôtel très calme, belle salle pour le petit déjeuner et terrasse dehors. A côté du zoo (magnifique) et pas loin de la gare, à pied. Le centre est quand même assez loin à pied, mais il y a une station de tram tout proche et qui nous emmène directement. Le ticket toutefois un peu cher.

Mir hat das besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sehr gefallen. Das Ambiente, D.H. das Gebäude in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit dem wunderbaren "Garten Eden", die verkehrsgünstige und zentrale Lage (zkm, Innenstadt, Zoologischer Garten) bieten für jedes Alter Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir (Familie) haben uns schon oft im Hotel aufgehalten und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Vielleicht die Zimmer mit Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher für Tee ausstatten, wenn möglich
