I liked the place, the location, the cleanliness, the service.

The coffee in the thermos in the morning was always not hot enough.

Value for money. Nice room in the attic. Well-heated and spacious with a comfortable bed. Hearty German breakfast.

The room smellled of smoke. The hotel was quite far from the main train station but it was easy to find.

It's located far from the main train station in a very bad zone, with some aggressive people in the bar just behind the corner. Bad smell and no curtains in the bathroom. Very very old style,need a well done refresh.

This hotel was clean & efficient, only a few yards from Fiedrichstadt station. En-suite with a TV excellent shower & good buffet breakfast for under 30 Euros a night, and very quiet. Excellent value for money.

Value for money. Excellent facilities for the very cheap price.

Breakfasts are the same every day

Location close to the train station and city center. Basic and cheap

Old man on reception is very friendly and responsive. Other younger guy couldn't even let us leave our luggage for a few hours, was angry and kind of depressive. Do not cross his road )

Excellent value at the price(28 euros per night)

Constant smell of thick stale smoke in the corridor outside my room and late night noise from adjoining rooms(until 5.00 a m)

Exellent breakfast is included in a room price.

The hotel is in a very good area of Dusseldorf, with a 20 min walk from the central station. From here you can easily go to the city center by foot (20 min walk). The personal was very kind and helpfull and the breakfast was ok.

Europa Hotel Düsseldorf it's in a very nice neighborhood with some good conditions. It's a Budget-friendly hotel. Probably I will chose if for further trips in Düsseldorf .

Clean, cozy hotel. We were interrailing across Europe and were looking for a place to stay after visiting Amsterdam, cuz the accomodation in that city is really expensive. Europe hotel is great place to stay. Breakfast was included in price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located on Kirschfeld Strasse. We mixed it up with the street named Kirsch Strasse, so we got lost in the middle of the night and were looking for the hotel a bit longer the we thought we would. But it was our fault of course. Look carefully at the address. The place doesnt have free internet. That was the only disappointing thing.

Staff very friendly, but someone not speak english.

Manager has met us during the night, we checked in fast and slept good.

It s far from the centre of Dusseldorf and in the morning we were looking for cafe for a long time.

Price :) Quality of everything there is not astounding, but price wise, is perfect.

Located in quiet place, on a walking distance from the centre(about 15 min on foot), good ratio price/quality. Main rail station Dusseldorf HBF is also close(about 10min walking) and is convenient if you want to go to other destinations and to the airport.

The shower was not able to be put steadily and should hold with one hand.

Very friendly staff, really helpful.

Wifi is expensive! Although there is an unlocked network nearby.

Staff does not speak English, or poor English, hotel is quite tern and not very clean. Not recommended.

Well located, nice and helpful people, clean room and good breakfast.

The hotel was excellent value for money. It is located a short 10 minute walk from the main rail station and a 15 minute walk from the old city with most of the visitor attractions. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was a family run hotel with a very quiet, homely atmosphere with very efficient, unobtrusive staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. The room was immaculately clean and spotless and very comfortable

No major complaints - my mattress was a little saggy though
