A very friendly and comfortable hotel. Room was not small and the breakfast was good too. Very close to train station. Nothing really to complain about. It is on the rheeperbahn so is not ideal for children.

Staff are very helpful and nice! The location very good for a visit to Hamburg. The breakfast is also nice! The WiFi in the room is really bad. You are getting a username and password which disconnects all the time and you have to put all the information again and again every time.

Staff really helpful, left my wallet and nice lady called the taxi driver to come get it. Right on the reeperbahn but this place was relaxed not too noisy Bit dated, I.E. furniture, paint etc very late 60'S. dated bathrooms. No tea coffe facilties in room but not many places do this.

super zentrale Lage, Garage gleich um die Ecke, sehr freundliche Rezeptionistinnen anzumerken ist, dass im Einzelzimmer der Duschbereich sehr klein ist und man keine Scheu vor am Körper klebenden Duschvorhängen haben sollte.

Wertvoll kompetente Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Auch beim Frühstück waren die Angestellten sehr um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Je nach Zimmerart sehr laut. Die Einzelzimmer sind eher klein.

Sauberes Zimmer,freundliches Personal,immer besetzter Empfang,gute Parkmöglichkeit in einem nahenParkhaus,Unterstützung bei den Parkgebühren,SUPER Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr gutem Kaffee,nahe Lage zum Hafen,das Hotel kann ich weiter empfehlen. Sehr laut auf der Straße rund um die Uhr,ist eben ein Vergnügungsviertel.Das Fenster kann man nachts nicht offen lassen.
