The staff was so lovely and the location was really comfortable to visit a lot of places in Hamburg Curtains haven´t got anything to protect guests against the sun light. The shower space was tiny and I´m only 1.56m. |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man musste das Auto nicht holen, konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer/Bad sind klein und eng. Parkmöglichkeit besteht nur im Parkhaus. |

Sehr gute Lage für Besuch der Reeperbahn, super coole und entspannte Servicemitarbeiter, Ausstattung einfach, aber okay, ruhiger als ich dachte! Inneneinrichtung könnte mal eine Auffrischung vertragen. |

Venlig og imødekommende betjening. Fint og variet udvalg af morgenmad inkl. i opholdet. Rigtigt fint afslappende loungeområde på hotellet, og så ligger det lige i centrum med gåafstand / undergrundsbane til alt.Trods placeringen lige ud til starten af Reberbahn, opleves der ikke generende støjniveau (ophold foretaget i vinterperiode). Stort parkeringshus lige over for hotellet med en døgnpris på 13 euro. |

Es war alles in Ordnung, soweit man das bei nur einer Übernachtung schon beurteilen kann. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu einem anderen Hotelaufenthalt im gleichen Preissegment nicht als besonders reichhaltig zu bezeichnen. |

Der Standort des Hotel Imperial ist zwar in allen Navis und auf allen Karten falsch eingezeichnet. In diesem Fall aber zu unserem Vorteil: Das Operettenhaus steht genau gegenüber. Man braucht für die 100m über die Straße nicht mal eine Jacke!!! :-) Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer war bei der Ankunft abgedreht und wurde auch nach dem Aufdrehen nicht richtig warm. Im Zimmer war es dadurch zu kalt. Heizung müsste evtl mal entlüftet werden. (Zimmernummer 408) |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Aufenthaltsräume angenehm u. gepflegt; Betreuung in Ordnung, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, alles frisch und sauber. Der Fußbodenbelag von Zimmer 106 war fleckig und unsauber. |
