Excellent location near St. Pauli metro stop (if the weather allows, you won't even have to use public transportation to visit the city, many touristic attractions are at walking distance). Plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Very good buffet breakfast. The room was not too big and a little old fashioned, but it was cozy and very clean, it had everything we needed. Adjustable radiator so that you never get cold and big flat screen tv. The shower was a little too small.

Double bed in room was two singles pushed together and annoyingly two single duvets. Might be an idea to at least have a double duvet on the 'double bed. Being on the infamous reeperbahn the area is slightly seedy with dodgy characters around late at night,but I was a male solo traveller,not a major problem for me.

Well the hotel was right where we needed to be and very clean . Staff were very good .Breakfast was great very fresh and always lots to choose from.Staff very helpfull .All in all a great hotel for weekend break very happy there and will stay there when in Hamburg which we hope will be soon

Location is good by day, subway stop less than 5 minutes by foot Location by night is filled with hookers and homeless. Unknown to me when I booked, you are in the red light district.

The location is great, easy to find as it's near to the U-bahn station. That is the most important to guest. No one would like to carry their bag and walk so far or keep looking , where the hell is the hotel location . It will be better to move the breakfast time earlier abit. Start from 07:30 as I feel is to late. Maybe can start from 06:30 or 06:45 to 10:00, as I come across many hotel that I had stay. Do start their breakfast quite earlier. As most guest would want to get up earlier to go for their city tour trip, so most just want to get a cup of kaffee of some bread bite and out they go

Sehr gefallen hat uns die freundliche Bedienung im Speisesaal und der hilfreiche und freundliche Service am Empfang Das Hotel ist ein wenig hellhörig hinsichtlich der Umgebungsgeräusche.

Zimmer zur Seitenstraße, daher angenehm ruhig in der Hauptstadt an der Reeperbahn. Frühstück gut reichhaltig. Die Dusche war im Zimmer 107 perfect.

Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen (nahe Landungsbrücke, U-Bahn). Gemütliche Lounge sowie Preise für Getränke o.k. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft am Empfang könnte um ein vielfaches besser sein und würde den Aufenthalt mit Sicherheit aufwerten.

Lage optimal! Haben die Hamburg-Card kaum genutzt. Fischmarkt, Landungsbrücken, Theaterhaus und natürlich die Reeperbahn vor der Haustür. Empfangspersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!
