Rooms have a good bathroom, always clean, very good breakfast, very good staff. Hotel is in a very calm area of the city. 2 minutes walking distance to subway, 5 minutes walking distance to exhibition center, 15 minutes walking distance to railway station and entertainment area. Building is a little bit old and rooms have interesting shapes. |

Indeed only 5 minutes walk from the Frankfurt Messe ground, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The lady in the breakfast room was very busy and took perfect care that nothing is missing. The people at the reception were polite and helpful. Very worn-out look, only one free of charge internet place - in the lobby. The rooms look quite empty and unappealing. I would never pay the price per night for this quality if it was not the fair I had to visit. |

I liked that it is in walking distance (8-10min from Hbf and 20-25min to main shopping area) of major interest points in the city. The price was very nice and they offer an internet access point for guests down in the lobby the connection is super duper fast! The area in the city that hotel sits is quite enough to have a good nights rest yet it's also close enough for you to get out and get wild. The building is a little worn out, have fun with the first floor elevator; the door takes some time to close and bring you up to your room, but the other elevator doors slam shut...with or without you fully inside! Breakfast leaves little to be desired...get there early if you have to have hot food, because by the last hour or so expect it to be cold! Its good enough to get the day started but I think if I should end up there again, I'll skip breakfast. |

It was a good location considering the places we needed to go while we were there. The complementary breakfast was very good. They stated the rooms had mini-fridges...which it did, but was not plugged in. We plugged it in as soon as we got there but by the next morning it was only cool and did not keep my daughters milk. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. There was also constant noise throughout the entire night. We could hear someone snoring, walking around above us, banging, people talking in other rooms. I understand hearing people in the hallways but when you can hear other people in there rooms...???? Theres no sound proofing at all. |

It's very close to the fair area. It's in a very quite place. The towels and the sheets are very old. The hotel gives you a very cold look. You just go there to sleep and leave early for the fair. As it's very expensive during the fair, it's not very clear for me why they charged everything at check-in. The guy at the reception said that this is a fair rule, what they do incase I leave early. Is this not the meaning of doubling the prices during the fair? As paying everything not said nowhere... |

The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The hotel is near the university of economics, in a very nice and silent zone, but main downtown street and the fair are reachable by walking in quite a short time. I had non difficulties in finding free parking too.The room was very nice, with HDTV and an excellent bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good. |

Die Lage, die Terrasse, die Eingangshalle, das Zimmer Ich finde die Spannteppiche unhygienisch und unästhetisch - sie sind voller Flecken und das ist störend - gerade auch im Frühstücksraum. Einfacher Holzboden wäre besser! |

j'ai eu la chambre donnant sur la rue principale qui est calme mais avec une jolie vue - la chambre a ete grande et tres confortable, wifi est payant mais le poste internet gratuit se trouve dans l'entree le seul reproche eventuel a faire - le petit dejeuner tres correct mais monotone |

La proximité du parc expo de Frankfort. Je pense que j'y retournerai dans 2 ans. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur du 4ième au 5ième. Il faut finir la montée à pied avec la valise.Ca sent un peu les égouts dans la salle de bain. |
