The receptiondesk was very friendly
I travelled alone and i had a 1 person very small room.
Fridge drinks were not replaced during the stay (soft drinks)
Staff Internet free Spacious rooms
Very safe and clam area. And nearby Messe.
Hotel need to provide for cup and water at least in the room.
Very friendly, excellent staff, good sized room, reasonable breakfast, free wifi and generally positive ambience.
The hotel needs to invest to perk up the rooms and corridors, which while clean are a little dated. But such additional investments will likely be accompanied by and require a higher daily rate!
Pretty generic service and accommodations overall.
You can hear all the noises within the hotel. I could hear the movement of the elevator all night long going up and down. I could hear the guy snoring in the room next to me and all the people moving about in the morning. It is not a hotel that has any soundproofing. In addition, there's no parking. Literally, there is no parking in the neighborhood and they have strict guidelines for visitor parking. I had to park about 1km away from the hotel. Save your money and stay in a hostel!
The room provided me with privacy and the breakfast was great.
the elevator was a bit scary and does not reach the fifth level.
Slow Checkin. They double charged me, but apparently back posted the money to my credit card.
1. Close to city center, 20 minutes walking 2. Fair breakfast 3. Good staff
1. No parking, you have to find parking space yourself, hotel shouldnt write there is public parking there
good location. nice staff, good breakfast.
lack of parking place.
Everything in general, from the room and the hotel location (near to tram stations) to its staff and breakfast.
There is no private parking, so we had to look for places in the streets nearby.
The young staff were very helpfull and the location is good.
There is no possibility for making coffee/tea in the room and the bedding was not approperate for the summer season. The room was too hotat night/day.
location, value for money, big rooms, flexible staff, breakfast included
Lift kept breaking down, staff did nothing staff did not inform us we needed a permit to park on road, but told us it was alright to do so,and I was given a parking ticket. Breakfast was rubbish, the hot dish was scrambled egg and it was old,not much of anything else. Rooms although clean, walls had lots of marks on them, lights had no lamps in them making them dangerous, staff did nothing.Although we have stayed there before the hotel has really gone down hill.
You hardly ever find parking place there
It was reasonably close to the train station / center - within 10/15 mins walking. The parking is free on that area. The breakfast was fine!
The fact the twin beds cannot get together
Basing my review on value for money I cannot fault this hotel. Large clean room with a fridge and breakfast included. It's a fair walk to the town but you can see that before you book by looking at the map. Good restaurants very local the Jewel of India well worth a trip
Kind staffs Great location from Messeturm
good staff and well organized location.
Basic clean hotel, ok for a 1 or 2 night stay. Located in a quiet residential area.
Breakfast room in cellar.
NO AIRCON! WEAK FAN!
Excellent price /quality rtatio
A little bit far from the city centre, but within a walking distance
Very close to the Messe
They have a very poor breakfast! Literally there is nothing to eat, but crumble and corn flakes with yogurt. You have to stay in the queue for coffee... and wait forever… you say to the stuff: there is NO FOOD and they ignore you... don't book single rooms which are on the ground floor, small. smelly, no light.
