pleasant Somewhat dated hotel, staff not at all welcoming, despite that lovely hotel. Bit out from centre, free travel ticket, but you have to ask lots of questions to get it |

The hotel was convenient as we were visiting our son. The reception staff were pleasant and willing to help. It was value for money. You get what you pay for The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast staff did not speak english and there was not much choice if you arrived at the end of service. |

The staff were so very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them in order to make our stay a good one. No Double beds, only 2 singles pushed together with single linen. but we didnt complain about it. |

The 722 bus from outside the door goes to the Messe fairground; the 721 bus goes direct to the airport; there is a tram at the end of the street and a subway about 10 minutes walk away on Kennedydam. Also found some nice Italian restaurants on the street. Very friendly, co-operative housekeeping and breakfast staff. Lack of airconditioning. Dusty carpets and curtains. Reception did not tell me about the bus tickets. I asked for a non-smoking quiet room and got it. The bathroom, towels and bed-linen were clean. These are my top priorities and therefore I would stay there again despite it being a little jaded. |

It is very convenient. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I would appreciate if the staff was kind enough to tell me that there were free transport ticket and a lift. Luckily, I know about the free transport ticket beforehand. Seeing me carrying the luggage up the staircase, the staff said nothing. After a long flight, I was too totally exhausted. However, the lady during the breakfast time was very kind and nice. She made my stay a worthwhile one. |
