Location, although difficult to find, it's very central.

My carpet hadn't been cleaned in months, stains all over it. Smell in the hallway like stale vomit. Reception closes at 10pm,nobody there after that if you have a problem. No bar, no common area to sit and relax you have your room and that's it. It was uncomfortable, smelly, not cleaned properly. Would never stay there again even if it was free.

the name of the hotel is much larger than itself, a small inn. located not far away from the cathedral, but every difficult to find it. nearby the commercial walking road and easy to reach the sight seeing and the river bank when familiar with the surrounding.

no acceptiong desk and service after 10 pm. fucility is a little bit behind, but considering the price, it may be OK.

The room for 3 was really big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Location is also good.

I liked the location and the breakfast was nice too. The personnel was very friendly and the wifi signal was good although you have to buy a voucher. There was a lift. Big flat screen television and luckily one news station in English. The linen was really crisp and clean!

The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it is located in a small street. The rooms were practical but lacked a personal touch and homely feeling.

Great central location with nearby car park (discounted). Only 50m from Colognes Shopping High Street. Very happy with my stay.

The hotel was very centrally located and close to shopping outlets. Very good city hotel especially if you are commuting to the fair grounds - Messe. Breakfast was Also very good.

We loved the locallity, just away from the main shopping area, but within easy walking distance from cathedral and station. Will definitely stay again if in Cologne.

It's very central. Good spacious, clean bathroom and spacious room.

It felt quite depressed somehow and there was a strange smell. Aesthetically it's just not great. I almost booked another 3 star nearby at half the price but thought the huge reduction shown for this hotel suggested this one would be better. There was no free Hi-fi in public areas depsite this being said on Booking.com. Breakfast was also not great. I wouldn't pay 90-100 euros (out of season) again for this hotel but would stay elsewhere at this price.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a 5 minute walk from the shops and 10 minutes from the cathedral and Rhine river. The rooms were comfortable although no tea or coffee facilities were provided, but there was a mini bar. A very nice breakfast is served giving a good choice. There was no parking on site, but there is a carpark literally around the corner,that is very convenient and the hotel gives a 25% discount on the price of the parking costs, we paid eur.26 for 2 days parking. I would recommend this hotel, and we hope to return again soon.

The only thing we would have liked is facilities for tea/coffee.

The location was great, about a 2 minutew walk from the one of the main shopping streets and about only 10 minutes from the Dom cathedral and within walking distance of the christmas markets.The reception staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable and offer great value for money, breakfast was also good. The rooms don't come with kettles of tea/coffee but we asked a maid who was very friendly and came back with a kettle for each room and mugs- you will need to get your own tea/coffe though. Would definately use again, hope this review helps you like it did me when I was looking for a hotel to choose.

It was very central to the city centre,railway station & shops.The breakfast served every morning was excellent. We do not eat meat but we do eat fish & we were offered fish the first morning but declined because it was not what we usually eat. However there was plenty of choice on offer i.e. sausages,bacon,scrambled egg.boiled egg,cereal,fresh fruit salad, yogurt.selection of cold meats & cheese,different types of bread & rolls & cake.The coffee was good & served in 2 cup pots.You could have as much coffee as you wanted.The food was always fresh & looked appetizing. The staff were friendly & attentive.

The breakfast was excellent, the pillows and bed were very comfortable.

The view was limited and it was noisy when it rained nard in the night.
