All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Whatever question we asked them was answered well and with a smile. We thought we might be late getting to the hotel and let them know and they responded with instructions about where to pick up the key. Fortunately we were on time so we were able to check in at the desk but it was good to know there was an alternative for us to get our key. |

The bed was comfortable and the shower decent. A nice size bath tub. Breakfast was good. The carpet was stained so bad in our room. The hallways looked like we were in a dorm. We payed 120 euros for a triple and I thought that was so overpriced. The bed added to the room for a triple was off balanced and I had to sleep on a slant. |

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide choice and was good although some of the hot plate offerings were a bit on the cold side. The hotel is ideally situated with the Cathederal only 10 mins walk away and the station not much further on behind the Cathederal. The Old Market and the River Rhine were all within walking distance of the hotel |

It is good value for money providing inexpensive accomodation for buget business travellers. The hotel is just next to the main shopping area and the main train station is within walking distance. The hotel serves the same items for breakfast everyday. They should change the main items of the breakfast menu to make it more appealing and enjoyable for the guests. |

The hotel is close to all ameneties. Good for sight-seeing. They do not block the TV pay channels, so if you flick onto them, even briefly, you are charged. |

Its location is very central, just 10 mins walk from the train station and Dom. Close to the shopping streets, buffet breakfast included was not too bad, hot or cold. Price was ok for 2 nights. Single room was a good size. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Only down side was the room was very hot during the hot weather they have in August, and there was no fan or air cond. The window opened, but the street was noisy from quite early in the mornings. The free wifi was crappy, worked very slowly, and sometimes not at all. Price was ok for 2 nights. Very clean, charming and well located to city centre and Dom. Excellent continental breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Very difficult to find but well worth the search, best to ask a local taxi driver for directions. |
