Our room was very clean. Public transport was good from the hotel and the location was silent and peaceful. The breakfast was great and the personnel was nice. There was no minibar in our room even though both the hotel's website and booking.com said so. One of the roll-shutters wasn't working so the room was too light in the morning. If there is someone in the neighbouring room it is noisy because the walls are too thin. |

The steel furnitures is uncomfortable.The noise of the kitchen is disturbe us in the evening.The waitresses is too loud. The smell of the kitchen is direct to the room. Some part of the hotel is not clean. |

It was not too far away from downtown by using metro. We also liked the area near the hotel because the hotel's italian restaurant was really good and we found an excellent ice cream bar nearby. The furniture of room was really beautiful. The stone floor in our hotel room was really cold. |

Great buffet breakfast...everything was good and plentiful. Blinds close for complete darkness. You can hear people's conversations and walking in the hallway due to ceramic tiled floors. |

It is good price for the Hotel with 4 stars, and everything is fine. Because driving by car, it is not problem for us that the hotel locats about 12 kilometers away from the downtown, a quiet and nice zone. The server enter into the room by key for cleanning inside without confirm the guest still sleeping in room at morning :-( |
