Seibel's Park Hotel  

Very comfortable and beautiful rooms. The hotel design is great. Friendly and courteous staff.

There is no WI-Fi ! TV did not work!

It was clean, quiet and cheap. Staff were friendly. There were plenty of clothes hangers in the wardrobe. A good Italian Restaurant, Ugo's, is right next door. What can you expect for Euros 50 a night!

I would not give this hotel more than 2 Stars at the very most. Definitely not 3 Stars. I would not recommend this hotel to the international traveller. This hotel is suitable for a short stay, and can be better described as a bed and breakfast. The bed mattresses are thin, sprung and noisy, and not the most comfortable. Furthermore, my bed clothes were not changed at all during my week's stay. The television which in the hotel brochure should have had 14 channels including cnn, had only 9 working, all in German. Fine for me, but not for a none German speaking person. In fact the television, which was tiny, only had 13 channels! There was no writing desk. Although bottled drinks were provided at cost, there was no mini bar, although cold drinks and beers could be ordered from the reception. Nothing was complimentary. Free WiFi was available only in the Reception area. The light switches are totally confusing! The shower head holder was loose, and the shower water temperature was difficult to stabilise. Apart from boiled eggs, hot breakfast was not on offer. The choice was small and tasty, but didn't vary. In my experience, if I had ever forgotten my toothbrush, the hotel would have given me one, with compliments. Seibel's provided one only at cost! Free parking is available only on the side streets, which is not a great problem. I think 7 Euros a day for parking in the hotel is very steep. Apart from a regular bus service, the hotel is located several kilometres from the next Trambahn or S-Bahn. I would recommend this hotel only to people who do not have high expectations. It is not the kind of hotel room in which one can relax and chill out.

Friendly staff, always willing to help and answer any question. Electricity in bathroom broke down and I was offered a new room. Breakfast is excellent. A short walk to bus station and then 5 minutes to Pasing S-bahn. Afterwards 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof.

Internet is free but can only be accessed at reception. Note: Oktoberfest prices skyrocket !

Noise from adjoining premises at 0630( Not Saturday)

All rooms are perfect clean, toilet is reconstructed. Location is in beautiful for sleeping and rest, park with a lot of trees. There in front of is good italian restaurant with nice tables outside in parks, Good pillows, contort beds. Breakfast is very good, plentiful, classic bavarian.

Designe totally old fashion, it will be great hotel for 1950s years. Rooms haven't refrigerator , air conditions. Metal beds, TV is small Telefunken from 1990s have only 12 german channels!?!?. Located far away from centrum, (but Munchen have great public transport and not so much expensive taxi, also possible parking in downtown so this is not a problem except someone who prefer only walking to centrum)

Leider hat diese Hotel die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Die Hälfte aller Glühbirnen im Zimmer waren defekt. Die Schallosie an der Türe konnte nicht betätigt werden, da die obere Halterung ausgerissen war. Im Zimmer war kein Stuhl vorhanden, damit man sich einmal setzen konnte. Das Frühstück war unterer Standard. Das Hotel ist so hellhöhrig, dass man jedes Reräusch im Zimmer wahrnimmt.

Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bettwäsche, die Handtücher waren sauber und das Frühstück umfangreich.

Das Hotel ist hat seine Glanzzeit schon länger hinter sich. Einige Fenster waren blind, das eiserne Bettgestell hat auch schon länger kein Staubtuch mehr gesehen.Ein frischer Anstrich und mehr Sauberkeit könnten hier einiges bewirken.Noch kann man auf einem Minifernseher dem Programm folgen, aber eine Umstellung auf den Digitalempfang sollte umgehend erfolgen, sonst bleibt ab 1. Mai der Bildschirm schwarz. Am 3. Tag gab es keinen Schwarzen Tee mehr.

Un hotel meraviglioso per chi apprezza la qualità. Davvero ottima colazione. Dettagli curatissimi.

Die Nähe zu Pasing und die Lage, sowie der hervorragende italiener im Haus

Es könnte etwas ruhiger sein. Frühstück bis auf die päppeligen Brötchen sehr gut.
