We were really made to feel very welcome on arrival, with help, guidance and maps provided very quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, very close to both the main railway station and the old part of the City of Nurnberg

Amazing breakfast!! Lots of yummy teas to choose from. Great variety. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during the construction. Prosecco upon arrival!! Even with the construction there wasn't much noise, impressive!!

I didn't have any idea that the hotel was under construction. We had to use the back entrance.

The staff were very accommodating, particularly as there were renovations at the time. The rooms were neat and clean with little extra touches. The breakfast buffet was brilliant!! The location was perfect for arriving by train and seeing the old & new Nuremberg. A great spot to head out for a walk to explore the aldstadt.

We enjoyed the front desk help aot the room was very clean with excellent accom. with refrig.etc. We enjoyed the many options in the delightful breakfast, and friendly staff their to help. Also loved the neat location....WE'LL Be Back!!

Great location in the town, staff were friendly & helpful.

We stayed in the junior suite & unfortunately this is located next to an area they use for small functions, so we had noise right outside our door for a short time. Also the wifi did not work properly in our room which was quite annoying.

room amenities were a little too basic (no shampoo in the bathroom and only liquid soap).

The staff were lovely, they were friendly & went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, they were professional yet you felt like you knew them. The service was above & beyond for the price. The breakfast was outstanding, the tables clean with a festive touch. The room was clesn & tidy, warm & had everything we needed. It is very close to the train station & tram stops, ideally situated for the shops & Christmas market. We never had any noise issues & couldn't believe how lucky we'd been to select this hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all. We wre travelling as a couple on this occassion but we do have children and there were children staying in the hotel, we wouldn't hesitate to take our children to the Hotel Victoria. What a lovely hotel & superb staff, perfect!

Nothing it was excellent.

Location is excellent, right across from the station: you can see the hotel's name when you exit the station (but you'd better take the pedestrian tunnel below the busy street to the other side where the hotel is), and just a few to ten mins walking from great museums and churches and christmas markets. The Kaiserberg (castle complex) and Albrecht Durer's house are about 15-20 mins walk. Breakfast was great-- all the usual German cold cuts and cheeses and scrambled eggs and sausages plus tasty and interesting salads (tuna, for example). Plus there was free coffee/tea and cookies downstairs and gluewein upstairs for guests.

The business class double room had no bathtub, so we changed to a smaller standard room with a bathtub, but it was rather cramped for us. Also, the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear music at 5:30 in the morning from the next room to ours (though the front desk guy got them to turn it off asap).

The Staff,could not do enough for you. location for the Chirstmas Markets. The free tea and coffee, just help yourself, drink it in the lobby or take it to your room. Also the Mulled Wine was free this could also be taken back to your room, a very nice touch to help warn you up whenyou came back after hours looking round the very cold markets.

The fried eggs they were very undercooked and cold.

A first class independant hotel at a reasonable cost. The staff were excellent and any requests were carried out very quickly. The quality of the food was very good which was amazing as i normally dislike hotel food! If you fly to nurnberg , catch the underground into the city centre (2.40 euro) exit the station and within 100 metres you are at the hotel.wa eanburgh

very helpful hotel staff. I had problem with my credit prepayment, they held a room for me after receiving my request per email. I staied in Victoria many times, it's always been my first choice when I was in Nuremberg and it will be.

There was an immediate feeling of being welcomed by the staff who were eager and able to help. The location just outside the hbf was ideal. The short walk to the center was filled with stores and restaurants. The included breakfast was the best that we had in germany, although the others were good as well.

I think that it might be noisy in the warm months when the windows would need to be opened, since there is no air conditioning. In Novemeber there was no problem.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance to the castle.

Central location to great shopping, restaurants and train station. Excellent breakfast.

Street noises were sometimes bothersome.
