Airport proximity

Very nice was that the bus stop to the Airport was just right in front of the hotel. Also there is a supermarket just around the corner. Easy to get to from the Main Train Station. Quiet and comfortable room.

Everything was great, I would book with econtel on my next trip to Berlin ;-)

The only thing I did not like was that there were repairing something early in the morning on saturday morning...and as I like to sleep long it was a bit bad, but I understand that maybe it was just that time, the rest was great!

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet district, beautyful Charlottengurg palace and park are in 10 min walking. We asked a room wtih a window to the inner court, so no street noise was heard. Clean room, new furniture, very good value for money (instead of a standart room, we received comfort). Not very close to the city center but the U-bahn station is in 3 min walking. Cheap bikes rental, 20-30 min on bike to Brandengurger Tor. Big supermarkret in the same building.

Clean, well kept rooms - reasonable size for less expensice rooms ( our sons') though we were upgrades which was great! Convenient location Staff were very helpful and spoke English Good food selection at breakfast and excellent value evening meals

The outside decor may put some people off! Not great views of anywhere. No outside space, but thats OK if you are on a city trip.

This hotel is near Tegel Airport.

The tiefgarage does not allow you to take your luggage directly through elevators to your room. They have an old model safe difficult to use. The breakfast is too expensive 12eur!!

it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. also it was quiet, surprisingly so as a group of school children booked in before us!

Don't be put off by the look of the hotel from the outside - for a first time visitor to Berlin it was in fact totally inkeeping with modern Berlin

Room was good and there is a bus station just in front of the hotel and very close from Tegel airport (3 stations), value for money was very good for me.

If you want a frequent access to the city center than this hotel will not be the perfect choice (15 min walk to the charlottenburg S-Bahn station where there is a lot of shopping facilities

The location of the hotel is ok, close to a metro station and the Charlottenburg castle.

One of the mattresses was really bed. We asked for another one but I'm not sure we got one. Either they didn't change the mattress or the replacement was equally bad. The hotel corridors and rooms are very warm. We left the window open in the morning when we left but the cleaning staff closed it so when we got back late at night it was very hot again. Leaving the window open at night is not really an option as there is a lot of traffic noise. The hotel itself is also very noisy. The hotel is not what you expect of a three star hotel. Won't stay there again.

The Hotel staff were the best I have seen. They were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and neat.

The shower was leaking.

Uns hat nur der Preis gefallen!

Unter dem Bett befanden sich Chips des Vormieters! Das war sehr eckelhaft! Das Bad war nicht genügend gereinigt und sah sehr heruntergekommen aus! Es hat im Zimmer unangenehm gerochen! Wir haben auf den Bildern im Internet ein anderes Zimmer gesehen, welches wesentlich besser aussah und außerdem wollten wir ein Doppelzimmer in dem wir in einem großen Bett schlafen können und nicht in zwei Einzelbetten!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das gute Abendessen.
