Very bad Cigarette smell in the room shower curtain was broken and the bathrom got completly wet metro station close to the hotel was not working.

good brekfast. convenient location from s-bahn. next Macdonalds, a large shop (sell beer).

in room 105 was very smoky and in the corridors of the hotel too

Though we stay there for couple of nights it was very comfortable as transport was near us and easy to use. The staff was very helpful and area is safe for children and young adults. Very clean and friendly staff too.

I would have enjoyed a cup of coffee in my room rather than down stairs as i had a long night on our arrival and i was feeling little sick. In the middle of the night i wished for a coffee it would have been easy and more comfortable to have a coffee in my room but the rest was all well. Thanks.

I try to think for more then 10 min but i can't find any good thing sorry i would say put them on the black list.

I'm very disapointed with respect to the staf and managment poor managment can't communicate in a normal way.

We were 2 families with big kids. Rooms were comfortable for 4 adults very clean and very welcoming. Coffee/tea is free at reception area from 11am till 1am which was very much appriciated. Restaurants are very close. McDonalds is next door to hotel which was very good as we booked hotel without b'fast.

Nothing to do with hotel!!! But the italian restaurant infront was very rude!!

they have really poor room service, and they barely speak english. i couldnt imagine that still in 2012 no wireless connection in the rooms. the room was really poor and smells and it is so far from city center. and we paid around 225 for one room for triple room with no breakfast

We arrived very early in the morning and even though check in wasnt until 3pm they gave us our room at no extra charge.

It was near to a train station and near to oktoberfest

Its no so luxury is fair if all the city is crowded

Nice room, extremely helpful staff and handy location, with train station, supermarket and various cafes/restaurants within easy walking distance.

Railway S8 is quite convenient for getting in downtown, and many super markets around with.. good for family shopping and short stay @ Munich!
