All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

We did not have a very good room at this location, being the last to book, so our recommendation is not as positive as some of the other guests. Try to locate other than in one of the basement rooms. We were there during Octoberfest so rooms were at a premium. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. . |

Excellent bedding, very quiet area, nice breakfast room, friendly staff, 8 min on foot from S-bahn link to the city centre. Parking area unclear (you must first get to the hotel to find instructions on where you should have parked) which is by the road outside of the hotel. Spa/swimming pool opening hours/day unclear, I was unable to access them despite no prior notice that it would be unavailable. |

Very quiet and relaxed area, very neat, good breakfast and service was good. S-bahn in walking distance and enjoyable walk. S-bahn direct route to city, no transfers. Good internet connection. Would stay here again. Sauna and swimmingpool under repair. Still a very good stay. |

Wonderfully quite, well located, small, cozy, village bed and breakfast with spacious well designed rooms. Owners Petra Schuster and her brother Fred are two of the finest and most helpful hotel operators I have ever met in my 30 years of business and vacation travel to 74 different countries. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, Munchen's city rail transport system, banks for money exchnage and an absolutely beautifully wooded walking/bike trail along the Wurm River. I highly recommend the Edelweiss Park Villa and will definitely stay there again on future visits to Munchen. |

a lot of space, very calm and good breakfast included in the price To avoid if you are allergic (carpet), too far from the center, nobody at the reception and above all, the swimming pool was empty whereas we have booked it and we have not been advise of that, the sauna did not look to work and nobody was there for advising us. |

Die Komunikation mit dem Personal war sehr gut, Sie sind auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein gegangen. "Es sollte im Internet erwähnt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich vorübergend nicht genutzt werden kann."das Bad und die Zimmer wie im Internet abgebildet, war nicht Identisch.(schade) Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht wegen der Lage und der Ausstsattung.Aansonsten hat das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis gestummen. |

Mysiga rum och trevlig personal. Lugnt område. Lätt att åka till centrum med tåget. Tyvärr fanns inte vatten i poolen. Priset var för högt men det var extra påslag pga Oktoberfesten. |

Det var nogle helt utroligt fine og store værelser til en helt rimelig pris. Værten var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Hotellet ligger i et meget fredeligt område med kun 10 minutters gang til s-toget. |

Ottima posizione, il centro facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Camere grandi, pulite. Posizione in zona residenziale silenziosa, ma con vari ristoranti di buon livello in zona. Wonderful position, in very quiet suburbia but not far from the city. Beautiful and large rooms, very clean. |

Das Hotel hebt sich wohltuend von den Standardeinrichtungen der typischen Hotelketten ab.Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und aufwendig eingerichtet.In der familiären Umgebung fühlt man sich sehr schnell zu Hause.Nicht weit entfernt ist die S-Bahn-Station die direkt ins Zentrum von München führt.Das Hotel ist bedenkenlos weiterzuempfehlen. |
