The hotel was conveniently situated for sightseeing. The room was a good size - plenty of room for three or four. Excellent "eat as much as you want" buffet breakfast. A bit noisy - there was some noise from the street at night, and a U bahn line was not far away. However one pane of double glazing was missing from the window - had that been there it might have been quieter. |

Good central location.Good breakfast . It would appear there are two types of room , enormous and with WC or small with a shared WC (not mentioned on website). Sadly I was given a small room , which was annoying as I detest shared facilities .However for the price the room was fine for two nights. |

Good clean hotel that was not over priced. Located in a very chic area but the room rates were very acceptable. Breakfast was served from 8 to 11 which gives you chance for a lie in! |

location is excellent, close to the U-bahn , room was clean , had towels and a hairdryer , breakfast included windows looked old and didn't close well, which in summer is not a problem but I imagine in winter they don't isolate much |

The service was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good. The room was like 30 degrees hot and there was very little we could do about it. It was like we were located just above the central heating system... |

Hotel staff was very helpful and nice, great that they speak russian. Breakfast is quite good. Very good location cose to shopping area and Berlin zoo. Despite entrance in hotel (hall) at the beginning is quite scary, but inside hotel is another world. Plumbing is quite bad. Seems that if somebody in all house flush water or wash hands you can hear it directly in your room. As we were with car, then it was important to get parking place. Parking is on street and it depends how lucky you are to find place, especially in rush hours. At the beginning we had to park in quite expensive parking place and then we were so lucky to get place on front of hotel. Wish you luck to find parking place. |

Room was spacious. High ceilings and crown molding were lovely. The location was perfect for a family city visit. Food venues were abundant and a nearby Bio-markt was handy. U-bahn and S-bahn stops were located nearby. Quiet surroundings with open window to courtyard. Breakfast was well prepared. The pump on the drain in bathroom was a bit noisy. We had never experienced this type of thing before. The kids enjoyed the rumble each time any water went down the drain. Lots of laughs. Good memories. Note: No elevator. Hotel is up two flights of steps. Tricky with stroller and young kids. |
