Eden Hotel Wolff

I loved the location of the hotel, opposite to Munich's central train station which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was brilliant! I always looked forward to my breakfast at the hotel, it was really satisfying and had plenty of variety. The waiter was very kind and provided excellent service. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, there was a young man who took the time to answer any of my questions (in perfect english) and even recommended some fantastic places to visit during my stay. The cleaners also did a fantastic job, I was very impressed to return to the hotel after a long day and enjoy a spotless and comfortable room to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing negative to say, brilliant service, aesthetically pleasing, fantastic location....

Good hotel. Clean. Location is super, especially if you fly/train to HBF (central station). Friendly staff. Marienplatz is 10 min walking.Metro, trein and airport bus just outside the hotel.

Pillows were too thin for me. I find it quite expensive hotel considering quality/price. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Hotel upgraded us to a Junior Suite without asking for it--great room/sitting room. Staff very helpful. Location across from train station, so,no need for taxi. Porter carried luggage to train. Good experience in a fairly small facility.

This hotel has a great location- right accross the street from the train station, and also very convenient to public transportation. Although the area is bustling, our room, a superior double, faced the back and was very quiet. It was also large, with a separate seating area. Although the temperature outside was close to 100 degrees Farenheit, the a/c, which we could adjust, kept us cool.

I rarely take the time to rate a hotel but our stay at the Eden Hotel Wolff was so enjoyable that I feel the need to comment. The location across the street from Central Station in Munich was very convenient, the reception personnel were friendly and helpful, the rooms ( we had two separate stays within a week with two different rooms) were spacious, clean and well designed. The breakfast that was included in the room price was excellent. It was also convenient to all public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Munich. We did have one dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good.

Great location directly across street from Munich train station, and a short walk to historic district for dining,shopping, and sight-seeing,etc - Rathskellar & Glockenspiel.

Very friendly staff. Took care of our car immediately and brought it out for us again so we didn't have to go down to the garage. Great locatoin - 15 mins walk from most important sights. Comfy room - although it could do with some updating (bit 70s - room 515). But extremely clean and all in perfect working order. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

There was a room ready for us upon our early arrival. Our room was excellent, large, light and clean with very comfortable beds. You cannot beat the location of the hotel!!!! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.Good breakfast.

the hotel looked really cheap, the room was very small, even smaller than on the promo pictures. bathroom needed renovation, the hotel location was far from city center, pretty long distance to walk on foot, though it was right next to the railway station and underground station was right round the corner. it was definitely not a 4star hotel, but only 2star max.
