Eden Hotel Wolff  

Location was Good. Room was Perfect and large. Wash Room was comparable with reputed hotels. Break Fast was lavish and quite big spread. The coffee shop and Bar was pretty decent. The Senior Staff at the Reception was quite responsive and cooperative. Overall a Good Expereience and I would Stay here again! Vidyasagar -Hyderabad-India.

Spectacular, convenient location across from main train station; large flat screen tv; superb breakfast buffet.

Upon returning at mid-afternoon, we found our room door to be open. The front desk lady said she would tell housekeeping to be more careful. Upon calling the front desk again to let them know that nothing was missing, a second front desk lady said that the housekeeper said that she had locked our door. When I suggested that perhaps there was either something wrong with the lock, or that someone other than housekeeping had gained access to our room, the lady responded that this had never happened before, was annoyed that I had spent too much time talking about the issue with her on the phone, and seemed to imply that I was making the incident up. Horrible customer service!!!!

Very old hotel and smelly carpet ,poor brakfast ,lazy housekeeper they just clean the bathroom!!!!! Did not change the bed linene (we stayed for one week!!) , only one lift for the whole hotel!!

The hotel is located directly across the street from the train station, and we needed to catch an early train to the airport. It was very clean and modern, and the restaurant is convenient and good. I wouldn't stay there for a German cultural experience, the atmosphere is more International Business and the room almost antiseptically contemporary, but a great bathroom. We had to leave too early for the breakfast buffet, but our dinner was good and the menu traditional Bavarian.

Well run, comfortable hotel right next to Munich main rail station. Nice staff, decent restaurant. Fast and spacious elevator.

Weird smell like seaweed in one room,even we opened the window for half an hour it couldnt fade away. However the other one is cute and fine.

I liked the location

I asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the booking and at the reception. I assume due to the location there is no quiet side. Before booking I got the impression the hotel is kind of a design hotel. This is not the case at all.

The location was very good and everything in general acceptable

The room and bed were very small. As I saw the booking guest reputatiom as Faboulous I expected something else

Room was very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast was generous and varied. A good meal can be had for dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening.

The only (minor) problem was that the water temperature in the shower was very variable, changing from hot to icy, thus providing some strong emotions! The room was on the 6th floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and we are not from Germany so this was extremely helpful

Need to have better pillows..too soft, free internet would be nice too
