Comfortable and surprising in terms of its country decor style when we were in the city center. There were three criteria we were looking for good breakfast, air conditioned rooms for this summer season, a double bed with a bathtub.....we had all. Our room was also quiet given it was across the main train station. High rating for its price. |

This hotel has a great location- right accross the street from the train station, and also very convenient to public transportation. Although the area is bustling, our room, a superior double, faced the back and was very quiet. It was also large, with a separate seating area. Although the temperature outside was close to 100 degrees Farenheit, the a/c, which we could adjust, kept us cool. |

The reception staff was good, Also the restaurant staff at breakfast were hospitable. The staff at the restaurant during lunch time - were rude and does not have right skills to manage the guests (irrespective of whether guests are from within or outside) - I am saying this not just I had bad experience - but the irony is they do not want to serve with right attitude - no wonder there were hardy any person in the restaurant during lunch time. Need a great effort to put them in Hospitality rigour. |

I rarely take the time to rate a hotel but our stay at the Eden Hotel Wolff was so enjoyable that I feel the need to comment. The location across the street from Central Station in Munich was very convenient, the reception personnel were friendly and helpful, the rooms ( we had two separate stays within a week with two different rooms) were spacious, clean and well designed. The breakfast that was included in the room price was excellent. It was also convenient to all public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Munich. We did have one dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. |

Very friendly staff. Took care of our car immediately and brought it out for us again so we didn't have to go down to the garage. Great locatoin - 15 mins walk from most important sights. Comfy room - although it could do with some updating (bit 70s - room 515). But extremely clean and all in perfect working order. Breakfast buffet was excellent. |

There was a room ready for us upon our early arrival. Our room was excellent, large, light and clean with very comfortable beds. You cannot beat the location of the hotel!!!! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.Good breakfast. |

breakfast was good. the hotel looked really cheap, the room was very small, even smaller than on the promo pictures. bathroom needed renovation, the hotel location was far from city center, pretty long distance to walk on foot, though it was right next to the railway station and underground station was right round the corner. it was definitely not a 4star hotel, but only 2star max. |

The location, breakfast and bar! The rooms definately need an upgrade! Taking a shower in a bath doesn't work for me and if the water temp is changing all the time and there is no pressure it makes it even worse.....a hotel now days should have a seperate shower, a bath is a nice extra, but not really needed! Staff said to have a look at it straight away, which is good! |

The hotel was opposite the bahnhof and within walking distance of all main historical attractions and shopping district. Our room was very quite which was great. Staff were impersonal, probably due to the size of the hotel. Towels were in need of replacing probably due to age. |
