Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room (I booked superior twin room). Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for public transport or for visiting the shopping areas on foot. No free wireless lan in the room. For the price one pays, I would expect this to be included in the room rate. |

We choose this hotel because it is very close to the station, and the city centre. It is also quite luxurious, so you feel you can be away from the city relaxing when you are back in your room Our room was on the 6th floor, facing the station, so it was quite noisy |

Great location, very close to central train station and shopping area. Good staff, reasonable breakfast, room size is enough, bed is confortable, fast lift. The window was small, water degree was hard to adjust. |

The internet did not work in my hotel room. The staff could not fix this for me, nor move me to another room. I was really displeased, and could not do the work I needed before entering a meeting the next day. |

It's very very close to the main train station. Staff are friendly, especially the receptionists. Room is comfortable, quiet & clean. Moreover, breakfast & dinner are both excellent in hotel's restaurant. The service of restaurant's staff need to be improved. |

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet full of tasty food. Despite the location right opposite the main station the room (facing to the rear) was very quiet. All main tourist attractions of Munich center reachable in walking distance. |

The hotel staff are very helpful, the cleanliness is perfect, the breakfast is rich, the food was very good during the dinner. TV quality and TV channels are very limited.eg. CNN was not on. |

I found this hotel on an earlier visit to Munich, and thought it much better than the one I was staying in. I especially like the cozy Kaminbar, and its very attentive and efficient waiters. |

Pleasant staff and very convenient location I have stayed here several times in the past, but this time, someone (the maid?) smoked in my room while it was being serviced. That was not pleasant as the room stank until I could air it. |

The hotel was amazing! Definitely spend the extra 15 Euro for the Superior Room. The non-stop airport shuttle across the street was perfect (10,50 Euro), and being within walking distance of the Hofbrauhaus was fantastic! The "American Breakfast" included with the room rate is worth 4 times what it "costs"...truly good food--the bst eggs I had my whole 8 days in Germany. |

Fantastic location - literally right outside the main train station The smell of cigarette smoke - I requested a non-smoking room but am pretty sure I was given a room on a smoking floor and the smell seemed to permeate the walls. |
