Eden Hotel Wolff    

The friendly staff were welcoming and helpful in so many little ways. The location is ideal - across from the station and 5 minutes from Zentrum. Restaurant very good and again excellent staff.

Wireless was very slow but reasonably priced - though it is free at so many hotels.

Location was perfect - opposite the central train station Service good and staff very helpful

Price level

The room was clean and very comfortable and the location was very convenient, both for our arrival by train and for catching a bus to the airport. Also it was in walking distance of some great places to visit.

The internet access was limited unless we wanted to pay a steep price and our free half hour got used up in about 15 minutes. Additional access was available in the lobby, but less convenient.

Everything was either good or very good. Great, helpfull staff at the front desk and at the dining room. Good selection at breakfast. Very convenient location. Very clean. Free Economist magazine

Quiet and clean place, good location.

This hotel seems to me 3stars, not 4. Esspecially staff- three guirls on reseption could not do the check out. They took money twice (room was payed before, but they coudn't find this info in their computer.) Only after long argue I've received my money back (329eur). But any way, they have mistaken in internet fee, and took 10eur more. So please be careful on check out. I've checked another reviews- my case is not single. It was surpise- center of Munich, 4star hotel and so stupid staff.

Situation - immediately next to the main Munich railway station, underground and also the airport bus drop-off/pick-up point - very convenient. All staff spoke English, were very helpful and cheerful - no issues. Hotel very well appointed/comfortable. A great hotel which is a short walk from the main tourist area if you are visiting Munich for a few days.

Nothing really.

We have stayed here three times now. The concierge is very helpful, remembers we have been there and is quick to offer help. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, the room well appointed and upscale. There is also a wonderful exercise room and spa. The hotel is easy to reach, right across from the train station and the airport bus. We actually schedule trips through Munich because of the ease and luxury of the hotel.

Location , location , location . Couldnt be better , especially if you are attending a fair at the Messe . Direct train from Munich airport to Central train station , then hotel is right across the street . Underground is then right below with 2 stops to the city centre . Marienplatz is also walkable distance if you prefer . Hotel has a nice restaraunt on the ground floor .

Accomodation costs during fair weeks is crazy , but thats the norm in Munich . I paid €300 per night for my stay , its criminal but that was the best value I could find in Munich . Breakfast is nice with buffet but small

Having to pay for WiFi

A really great hotel. I booked following other reviews, based on the fact that it was next to the main train station but not noisy. This was very true. I also agree with the fact that the hotel has a good style and it was clean. Some other reviews said that the staff weren't friendly. I disagree they were all very nice and helpful. The staff at breakfast were lovely and I liked that they were dressed in Bavarian attire. I would recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything that I could say that I didn't like. But perhaps there could've been some tea/coffee in the room.

Paying for Internet

Literally, directly across street from main station and a short walk to popular shopping district. Hotel was relaxing and clean.

Breakfast was 20e.

This is good the hotel. It's nice idea for shopping and city tours. It's place near the Marienplatz. You need to walk the only few minutes. There is frendly personnel in the hotel. The parking of hotel is comfortably for you. I liked the hotel. I really liked the idea of shopping and city tours offered by your hotel. it is near Marienplatz. It takes you only a few minutes to walk to this place. The personnel is very friendly. The parking lot is very comfortable.

Location. Near Main Rail Station and main light sites.

Printer was wrong and our flight tickets were printed not correct. Reception staff (particularly aged lady) were not polite during this situation.Room safe is situated downright on the room floor and you need to kneel for use it.

Hotel was spotless and well located next to the train station. Excellent value for money and staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay again Breakfast excellent For travelling on my own I found the restuarant and bar very comfortable.

No tea or coffee in room, very disappointing. Restuarant was expensive my steak was the size of two fish fingers and not hot. It did say on the menu small dishes but it cost enough. Plenty plus points though for this hotel and there are other eating places.

Nice spacious room. Very quiet despite its location. Availability of spa facilities at the hotel.

Very close to city centre (10 min). Helpful and friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms. We have recieved small presents for NY from the hotel - it was very pleasant.

Parking place for car not high 2m (we had a box on our car so it was importnat for us). Rooms is a bit small. Very expensive Internet.

Proximity to railway station for main line trains, S-Bahn and U-Bahn

Ideal location for the 1-2 days stay or stop on the way: across the street from the Centreal Station and not far from Museums District, Historical part and main shopping streets.

I have stayed here several times. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are excellent in every way. The rooms are comfortable; the food is excellent; the breakfast is very good. The bathrooms are a bit challenging for an older woman such as myself, but that's the same all over. I'll certainly book here again should I go back to Munich.

The great location, valid parking, sumptuous breakfast, the clean nice modern room with very comfortable beds!

Staff could be more helpful and interested. Just a minute to give some personal tourist advise or to have eye contact.

Everything is just perfect: from spacious and designers decorated rooms to the restaurant which offers delicious breakfasts and other meals. Location is just perfect - two steps from the railway station.
