Eden Hotel Wolff

Direct bij de Hauptbahnhof (met uitstekend s- en U-bahnverbindingen) gelegen. Centrum op 10 minuten lopen. Bijzonder hulpvaardig en professioneel personeel. Uitstekend (luxe) ontbijt. Het bij het hotel behorende restaurant is van hetzelfde kaliber als het hotel (dus uitstekend !)

The hotel is located close to the city centre where there is a great selection of bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is varied and of the highest quality. Have no hesitation in recommending it.

The staff were as friendly as the accommodation was comfortable and clean; the restaurant offered excellent food at reasonable prices, and it was genuinely a question of getting what you paid for. A truly classy hotel.

One tiny detail: the tv was at such an angle that the inevitable result of watching even a brief news programme was neckache.

I have stayed here several times and have always found the staff to be very helpful. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, though those facing the street can be noisy. Bring ear plugs.

Everything was perfect. 10 meters from main S-Bahn, quiet, comprehensive and good breakfast.

Free internet would have been a great bonus.

Convenient location next to main train station and a quick walk to the pedestrian shopping area. The room was clean and spacious, particularly the bathroom. The desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

The hotel has a parking garage, which was part of the reason we choose to stay there. However, the ramp going into the garage is extremely steep and spaces inside are tight. The hotel staff insisted that they drive our car out because it is so challenging. Even the hotel valet had much trouble getting our small rental car up the ramp.

The hotel is very centrally located and overall ok for just sleeping there.

Even though it was Oktoberfest the room was rather expensive considering that it was extremly small and the bed was the smallest one I have slept in since my army time. Looking at the pictures on the webpage, it seems they have old rooms like mine and new ones that were renovated. The staff at the reception baerly said hello when I arrived and over the days this didn't improve. The first day the bed and bathroom was covered with several short dark hairs.

The staff was excellent and we checked in at 10am on a Sunday and they had our room waiting for us. THis was a nice surprise. The staff also helped with various other things and they were more than happy to help at anytime. Our room was super clean with a nice woodsy theme.

The noise on our floor from drunk Oktoberfest guests sort of kept us up both nights we were there. We were there for the same thing, but we respected the other people in the hotel. These guests did not. They slammed doors at 3 and 4 am and were wrestling in the halls and breaking stuff in their rooms. This is not the hotels fault so I can't blame them for this. Other than that it was a great place.

My tv only had one channel in German, Rm 126 and unit itself rather old and dated.
