Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο στην εξυπηρέτηση, η καθαριότητα επίσης αλλά και το πρωϊνό ήταν απίθανο. Ικανό να ικανοποιήσει κάθε επιθυμία. Επίσης η θέση που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ βολική για ψώνια στην πόλη, περιπάτους, είναι πολύ κοντά στον υπόγειο σιδηρόδρομο αλλά και στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό στον οποίο έχει στάση το λεωφορείο της Lufthansa από το αεροδρόμιο αλλά και το S1 ή S8 σπό το αεροδρόμιο.

Την καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, δηλαδή σκάλες και διαδρόμους.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Οι παροχές υπηρεσιών ερκετά καλές.

Δεν μπορώ να υποδείξω κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Θα μπορούσα να αναφέρω μόνο την παρουσία ζών αν και αγαπώ τα ζώα.

Το πρωινο ειχε μεγαλη ποικιλια και πολυ καλη ποιοτητα!!!! Επισης το οτι ειναι σε αποσταση μικροτερη των 15 min με τα ποδια απο το κεντρικο πεζοδρομο που οδηγει στη Marienplatz!

Location, newly renovated, very minimalist/basic rooms.

The staff at reception were hopeless! My room wasn't ready in the morning so I left my bags with reception staff to store in their lockup while I went out for the day. When I came back in the evening they had forgottn to put my bags in their lock up. I found my bags left out in the main reception area all day, anyone could have easily walked off with them! Very poor service.

It was close to the train station and had brochures for signing up for tours. The staff were very helpful and the food was good.

The stairwells were dark at night. I think there was some trouble with the sensors that were suppose to turn on the lights. At night we had to use the elevator.

This hotel is convenient to the centre of Munich and the central station. It offers good reasonable accomodation. The breakfasts was great.We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant courteous.The breakfast was good with plenty of plenty of choice. The restaurant area itself was also spacious and immaculately clean.This hotel is in a good location a couple of minutes easy walk from the main railway station. It is also in easy walking distance from the city centre.

the rooms look like a semi-renovated cheap hostel ie 50% nice and 50% crap.

This hotel is very central. Only a few minutes to the central train station and a few more minutes to the main attractions. The hotel is a very simple design but it was great value for money. The room was simple, tidy and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel for a weekend stay. We had friends staying in another room with their baby and they said it was great too. No troubles at all. I'd definitely recommend it.

Staff were helpful, we had access to internet. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good location near the main station and only a short walk to the centre of town.While there was a big selection at breakfast there wasn't enough choice for kids.

The hotel has a clinical look a bit like a hospital.

would stay at this hotel again without doubt. Good location, pleasant staff and very clean.
