Obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna. Styl nowoczesny dobrze pasujący do nazwy i lokalizacji. Różnorodność oferty śniadaniowej bardzo duża. Hotel bardzo czysty i położony dogodnie: blisko dworca centralnego Monachium i przystanku autobusowego, skąd odjeżdża autobus na lotnisko. Najbliższa okolica hotelu bardzo tłoczna i głośna (ale w hotelu hałasu nie odczuwa się, przynajmniej w części pokoi). |

Położenie hotelu względem głównej stacji , wygląd lobby, komuptery w lobby, śniadanie i jego organizacja. Mało światła w pokoju - wrażenie ciemnego pokoju, podłogi na korytarzach z płytek ceramicznych - głośne stukanie obcasami. |

This hotel is very central. Only a few minutes to the central train station and a few more minutes to the main attractions. The hotel is a very simple design but it was great value for money. The room was simple, tidy and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel for a weekend stay. We had friends staying in another room with their baby and they said it was great too. No troubles at all. I'd definitely recommend it. |

The double room I was staying in was spacious and quite, since it was facing the back side. The staff at the bar and the front desk were considerate. The location was central but away from the seedy side of Hauptbahnhof. Very close to the underground I kow they are re-doing the walls, but the the walls on the floors from the elevator to the room were either dirty or showed meaningless paintings and graffiti. Booking a tea/coffee makes would help a lot. |

Staff were helpful, we had access to internet. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good location near the main station and only a short walk to the centre of town.While there was a big selection at breakfast there wasn't enough choice for kids. The hotel has a clinical look a bit like a hospital. |

We only stayed one night here, but had a wonderful room with plenty of space. It was a little noisy on the street but it was Oktoberfest so what could one expect? The breakfast was fine, and parking was secure for my car. I thought it was good value, but shame its a bit of a way from the old town. |

I found all the staff most help full and friendly.Situation of hotel was very convenient.Excellent really. The shower had a tendency to leak water on to the floor, which could be a hazard. Eg. slipping on the floor. It was not a problem for us. |
