Resepsiyondaki karşılama iyi, hızlı işlem ve bilgilendirme anlaşmazlığa meydan vermeyecek netlikte idi. Temizlik işlemleri zamanındaydı ve aksamadı. Banyoda havalandırma özelliği olsa iyi olur. Bide özelliği olan tuvaletler tercih edilemez miydi? Odalardaki jelli şekerlemeler çocuklu misafirler için daha uygun görünüyor. Erişkinler için bir çikolatalı bar ve benzeri birşey beklentilere daha uygun olmaz mı? |

Yeri çok iyiydi.Kahvaltıda sunulanlar güzeldi.Oda biraz daha ferah olmalıydı.Banyo, tuvalet daha büyük olmalıydı. Odada su ısıtcısı,çay kahve poşeti hoş bir hizmet olur. |

merkeze yakınlığı, oda ferah, Temizlik konusunda daha hassas olunmalı. Banyolar da yenilenmeli. Personel ilk girişte tek bir asansör göstermişti. Ve bu da devamlı meşgüldü. Oysa 2. bir asansör de varmış! |

Location, newly renovated, very minimalist/basic rooms. The staff at reception were hopeless! My room wasn't ready in the morning so I left my bags with reception staff to store in their lockup while I went out for the day. When I came back in the evening they had forgottn to put my bags in their lock up. I found my bags left out in the main reception area all day, anyone could have easily walked off with them! Very poor service. |

It was close to the train station and had brochures for signing up for tours. The staff were very helpful and the food was good. The stairwells were dark at night. I think there was some trouble with the sensors that were suppose to turn on the lights. At night we had to use the elevator. |

This hotel is convenient to the centre of Munich and the central station. It offers good reasonable accomodation. The breakfasts was great.We enjoyed our stay. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant courteous.The breakfast was good with plenty of plenty of choice. The restaurant area itself was also spacious and immaculately clean.This hotel is in a good location a couple of minutes easy walk from the main railway station. It is also in easy walking distance from the city centre. |

This hotel is very central. Only a few minutes to the central train station and a few more minutes to the main attractions. The hotel is a very simple design but it was great value for money. The room was simple, tidy and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel for a weekend stay. We had friends staying in another room with their baby and they said it was great too. No troubles at all. I'd definitely recommend it. |

The double room I was staying in was spacious and quite, since it was facing the back side. The staff at the bar and the front desk were considerate. The location was central but away from the seedy side of Hauptbahnhof. Very close to the underground I kow they are re-doing the walls, but the the walls on the floors from the elevator to the room were either dirty or showed meaningless paintings and graffiti. Booking a tea/coffee makes would help a lot. |

Staff were helpful, we had access to internet. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good location near the main station and only a short walk to the centre of town.While there was a big selection at breakfast there wasn't enough choice for kids. The hotel has a clinical look a bit like a hospital. |
