The location is quite close to the center station and the transport of the Munich is very well built.

Without indicating some details as no teeth brush beforehand.

staffs all very friendly make you feel comfortable, room is spacious and clean, there is big couch in the room, free public area internet can use, location near the railway station, breakfast is very good, staffs their with well service.

no air-condition in room and room with some paint smell.

No air condition , too aloud , no laundry service , uncomfortable bed .That is all my impression ,

It's so good that I can't critisize it anymore. the hotel just like it's name.every floor have different kind of art on the wall and the room.the service and breakfast was very good. the location very near centrol station that it so convience for us

地理位置很不错,距离火车站很近,check in很快速.早餐那个叫丰富哦,和瑞士的5星级酒店快差不多了.

酒店的位置很好,位于市中心,离新市政厅前的那个广场较近,步行可到.入住后感觉房间的空间较大,卫生情况不错,室内温度适宜,床的舒服度较高,能保证有个不错的睡眠,而且酒店的早餐也较合味口.有物超所值的感觉.

酒店里好象有油漆的味道,不知道是否才装修过.就这一点点不好的地方,其它都还是相当不错的.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof (take the exit near the long distance trains platform). The breakfast was enormous and our room was quiet.

We pretty much liked everything about the hotel. The rooms aren't huge, but that's to be expected in a hotel of this price in Europe, and the beds were a wee bit soft, but otherwise everything was great.

It was clean, rooms were a decent size and the beds comfortable. The staff were helpful but they did not inform us of all the christmas markets, just the 2 in the main square. Breakfast was good with plenty of tea and coffee.

A great hotel in an excellent location. We will return to the Arthotel whenever we go back to Munich. Located near the train station and only 15 minutes walk or a short trip on the underground from the city centre. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all an lovely hotel.
