clean and a very good price ,close to the Hamburg trainstation (200m) U and S Bahn and Buss-station .. For that price ..nothing to not like !

Very nice people in the reception, very good location, very central very cheap for the quality. They gave all the conditions to have a good stay. Definitely would stay there again!

It was handy for the train station. The lift though a bit old fashioned was efficient. We were given a lot of privacy, since the room was not entered each day for cleaning while we were there for 6 nights! The bathrooms on each floor were modern, roomy and well equipped.

We were a bit confused at first about the system of giving each room a boy or girl's name, rather than a number! - this should be included on the confirmation email in future please. We didn't know in advance that the hotel did not provide breakfast, but we soon found a good meal deal at one of the tempting bakery stalls on the station concourse!

bathrooms were not bad for a shared bathroom, but could be better. internet connection didnt reach my room at all - router turned to be off.

The location was ideal, and the price was right! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and willing to speak English!

The Wifi connectivity was weak, and shower heads would not stay up. As a warning: the street has a number of erotic venues that some guests may not be comfortable with.

The garbage wasn't collected from the room all the week, no cleaning in the room. Wi-fi works only at the 3rd floor in the coridor.

Room and toilets were sufficiently spacious and clean. Hand towels and soap were provided in the room. Very close to the central bus station heading to other parts of Germany like Berlin and close to train station!

Unable to detect wifi inside the room. Need to go out to the corridor.

Location near ZOB and Hamburg HBF and the excellent price

The single room was of cause little bun a small writing table could be usefull

Thought it was a single room, yet the bed was queen size and very comfortable

Internet connection is almost not available inside your room, you have to go sit outside on a chair to catch it which is ridiculous

The hotel from inside looks more like a hostel actually, but with good furniture, spacious rooms and good WC/shower facilities. For 2 of us we actually got 2 rooms instead of ordered 1, which is noce

WiFi didn't work well. I had to go to the reception. There was a WiFi router on our floor, but it didn't work. The guests on the floor below were VERY noisy and they had a fight later. I was even thinking to call the police. Thumbs down for security. The neighborhood is bad. I mean it's close the the central station, but it's bad. Don't consider this hotel for the family trip.

The TV was placed just under the sealing, but had OK functions. The Toilet and bath outside the room was fine and clean. Hotel located very near the HBF. And a lot of porn shops if you like these :-( Probaly you would also have easy acces to by drugs etc on the street just outside the hotel. Convenient to some... :-(

The room was even smaller than small! The width was approx 45 cm wider than the bed! The bed closed completely for th evindow and the light from this.

It was good value for money and eerily clean.

The place is a brothel!!!!!!!! Don't get sucked in by their description of the place. We were staying on the second floor and on the floor below they were filming porn and having gangbangs. The street outside was really shady too and was full of druggies!

Both room and shared toilet/bathroom very clean. Perfect situation near central station.

Room facing backyard. Incredibly loud noise from air condition exhaust or some such thing. Started every 2 or 3 hours from 11 pm each time lasting for about 20 minutes. Asked for another room but hotel fully booked. This noise has to be heard to be believed.

The Internet did not work for most of the time I was there. This really was a problem as I chose a hotel based on this.

In these summer, very hot, the room without air conditioned is not confortable. And the inside part of building where was the window of my room in front one big engine air conditioned ( other building) with very strong noise with the window open.

The localitation is the best of this hotel. It s next to one of the most important stations of Hamburg. It is ver confortable to visit the city. The room is big and clean, the other servicies are good as well.

Maybe that de bathroom is not in de room is the more unconfortable thing. Although the bathroom is very close to the room. There are some strage people in this area, because It is in a very centric zone.

Excellent location (2 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof), very clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. I also appreciated the free Wi-fi.

The street did not make a good impression (a lot of sex-shops and similar) but nevertheless seemed secure.

Central location. Single room with shared bathroom exceptionally good value if you're on a tight budget. Clean and modern rooms and shared bathrooms.

Room was a bit hot and stuffy. A rather soul-less atmosphere. In the rooms without a bathroom, a mirror would be handy. But they're minor issues if it's a short stay and you're on a budget.

I liked that it was really close to the central station, and even though it is in a busy street, my room was really quiet. Everything is clean and tidy, even the bathrooms, which were also free most of the time, as there are not so many people on each floor. The staff is also nice. Everything was as described, so a very good offer for the price. No luxury, but nice and clean, simple.

Well, my room (single) was really small, but as I was staying only one night, that was fine. The check in is in a hotel across the street, that's a bit annoying, but I knew that before, so again, not a big deal.
