This was the 34th hotel we have stayed in since we started our trip and of all the hotels the greeting we recieved and the helpfullness of the Manager was by far the best. All the information a visitor requires when coming into a new city was given freely and mostly without asking. I think that a lot of hotels could learn from the Elbbrucken. All in all a very pleasent stay. The only dislike was the very small elevator.

Uns hat das EBH sehr gut gefallen. Da wir uns kaum im Hotel aufgehalten haben, ist dazu nicht viel zu sagen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter haben uns unsere Eier in allen Möglichkeiten gekocht. Ob Medium, Medium Rare oder komplett durch, völlig egal. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber dies stellt angesichts der Busanbindung etwa 2 Minuten entfernt, mit der man in 10 Minuten am Hbf ist, kein Problem dar. Sollte der Bus nicht mehr fahren oder man mit der S-Bahn unterwegs sein ist diese auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer waren immer ordentlich, jedoch etwas klein. - kleine Zimmer, aber nicht problematisch

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett,gleich bei der Ankunft wurden uns einige Tips gegeben.Aber nicht aufdringlich.Das Frühstüchsbuffet ist einfach aber lecker,der Frühstücksraum gemütlich und alles Top-Sauber.Das Zimmer sowie Bad sind etwas klein,aber auch hier :alles sauber.Der Teppich sowie Matratzen und Lattenroste waren wohl recht neu(Zimmer301). Das Treppenhaus könnte mal renoviert werden,der Fahrstuhl ist winzig.

Sehr netter service, Frühstück ok, leider keine Croissants da, was mein Sohn bemängelte. Aber sonst alles top! Die Angabe, dass es ist im Zentrum von Hamburg ist nicht wirklich so. Wenn man von da bis zum Zentrum gehen will, muss man an einer nicht attraktiven 6-spurigen Straße entlang gehen. Aber die Busverbindung ist klasse! Zumindest über Tag. Abends, nach einem Konzert und bei Regen, haben wir uns dann doch ein Taxi gegönnt. Und das war im Vergleich zu Köln nicht teuer! Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Man wohnt sehr ruhig, nettes Personal, Kiosk direkt neben dem Hotel, was will man mehr?

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt wirkte alles gut organisiert. Nachts war es draussen manchmal recht laut, weshalb man nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen konnte (Sa Abend). Das Frühstück war ordentlich hätte aber stellenweise ein wenig üppiger ausfallen können.

Schönes großes und vor allen Dingen sauberes Zimmer . Trotzdem Straße vorbeigeht sehr ruhig. Nicht weit weg vom Zentrum mit guter Busanbindung. Man muß auch keine Angst um sein Auto haben, welches kostenlos direkt am Hotel geparkt werden kann. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück, sowie Tagesaktuelle Zeitungen. Fahrstuhl recht eng und klein.

Hotel liegt zentral.Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustüre. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr kleinAber für ein bis zwei übernachtungen kann man es aushalten.Die Matratzen sind zimlich weich.
