Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden  

I was staying in Elbflorenz dor 5 days, and my stay was totally perfect! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was exactly like on the photo in website, it was facing the street, but still it was very quite, the location was perfect, only 15 min by walk from the main square. And I was glad to have the World Trade Center nearby. The most incredible thing about the hotel was the grand piano and the person, who played it on Friday, it was fantastic! I will definetely return and recommend this hotel to everybody, who's gonna visit Dresden! Thanks to all guys from this lovely hotel!! See you)))

everything was perfect

staff are polite and helpful. it is clean and near city center. The room was comfortable and the price for Junior suite was resonable.

when I stayed there in late September 2011, they were doing renevation for their spa and sport complex, I was deeply disappointed. This problem should be directed to book.com for false advertisement. The sport facility was one of the feature that I chose the hotel.

Breakfast

Comfortable room and very helping staff.

Hotel is clean and efficient. The building itself is modern and not especially attractive, although it has a large pleasant open lobby. Reception staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast choices are excellent. The hotel is located close to the excellent tram service, so it is easy to get to any part of town cheaply and quickly at any time. There is also a large atrium beside the hotel where may services including automated teller and supermarket.

There can be some noise early in the morning in connection with deliveries and/or refuse collection.

Rooms small, no air condition, no gym, bed isn't comfortable !

Vicinity to main roads within dresden and yet walking distance to the old city, or 2 tram stations The hotel is new and comfortable. The sitting within the internal patio, which serves as dinning, is great!

Location

It is definitely not 4 star Hotel. The room is not clean enough, not big enough.

We liked the design of the hotel, the space and particularly its location - ten minute walk to the main Dresden sights or a two stop journey on the tram. Breakfast was substantial with all the options covered. The staff were warm and helpful. Although we have no immediate plans to return to Dresden should we change our minds we were certainly stay again at the Hotel Elbflorenz.

The rooms were nice, the overall quality was nice and the hotel was located in a very convenient place.

No free internet, no free internet, and again no free internet... My biggest complaint.

Hotel is very well located - in 300 m to the railway station and in about 15 min of walking to the historical centre of Dresden. On the first floor there is a good restaraunt with appropriate prices. Two big supermarkets are just on the corner (in World Trade Centre).

Breakfast is very expenses (17 EUR per person per day). Also there something wrong with the water - it is always changing its temperature and it is impossible to regulate it. Beds were not very comfortable.
