Good access to the city centre, excellent breakfast, friendly staff The bed was not very comfortable, the matrass was so bouncy that every time one of us moved the other was woken up. |

Bathroom was excellent. Situation was very good just next to tram stop and also in walking distance from the Altmarkt. Garage was under the hotel even I think that information wasn't in the web. Water pressure was too low even we weren't higher than 5th floor. |

We were given a very warm welcome from the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English.The breakfast was exceptional, a fantastic spread. This hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Its location is ideal a few minutes walk from main railway station and also the old quarter and the river. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Location of hotel is excellent. My room faced the street. Car/Train traffic and pedestrian traffic were very loud in the evenings such that I had to keep my window closed. This made the room a bit stuffy since there is limited air movement. |

Just the right distance from railway station (15 min walk) and city centre (approx 10 min walk). The room was excellent and, if visiting Dresden again, would chose this hotel. |

The hotel is very well run and gives afeeling of welcome and comfort from the moment you arive. The staff are very attentive and on the whole speak good English. The breakfast selection is extraordinary and very good. |

Lage, nur 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeit. Im Hotelpreis sollte das Frühstück inbegriffen sein, Euro 17.50 für eine Person ist schon sehr teuer, da überlegt man es sich schon. |

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend groß. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war hervorragend, mit das Beste, was wir in der letzten Zeit hatten. Es war immer ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Wirklich nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zwinger. Das Personal im angeschlossenen Restaurant (Italiener) war auch stets freundlich aber überaus nervig. Wir wurden im Schnitt alle 5 - 8 Minuten gefragt, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten. Unser Hinweis, wir melden uns schon, wenn wir etwas benötigten, wurde ignoriert. Wir wurden weiter regelmäßig genervt. Habe das bei Abreise auch mitgeteilt. Das Essen war allerdings gut |

Meine Frau und ich fanden das üppige Frühstück am besten. Allein deswegen wären wir gern noch länger geblieben. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer. Fleckige Handtücher + Toilettenspuren des Gastes vor uns. |
