The hotel was immaculately clean and the people at the front desk very nice to people like ourselves who couldn't speak German. The walk to the city center may be a little difficult for some people, especially in inclement weather, but we found it no problem. There was a grocery store in the mall right next to the store which had great German cookies and candy to take home for souvenirs at great prices. Free coffee and an apple in the lobby was nice in the morning for those on a budget. The towel warmers in the bathrooms were great after a shower on a winter's day. It's not very budget friendly for a family of four since we had to purchase two rooms. |

Very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, good atmosphere (literally - it was well air-conditioned) Further from the city centre than I had expected from looking at the map - Dresden is a big place. |

Good access to the city centre, excellent breakfast, friendly staff The bed was not very comfortable, the matrass was so bouncy that every time one of us moved the other was woken up. |

Bathroom was excellent. Situation was very good just next to tram stop and also in walking distance from the Altmarkt. Garage was under the hotel even I think that information wasn't in the web. Water pressure was too low even we weren't higher than 5th floor. |

We were given a very warm welcome from the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English.The breakfast was exceptional, a fantastic spread. This hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Its location is ideal a few minutes walk from main railway station and also the old quarter and the river. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Het gehele personeel was zeer correct en altijd bereid de gestelde vragen op een vriendelijke wijze te beantwoorden. Je maakt tegenwoordig wel anders mee. Het ontbijt was zondermeer van zeer hoge kwalitiet en de kamers waren zeer schoon. |

Zimmer klein aber ausreichend 12,- euro parkgebühren halte ich von 20uhr bis 10 uhr morgens übertrieben und das frühstück pro person je 17,50Euro ist schon sehr anmaßend,dadurch gleicht das Hotel den günstigen Zimmerpreis von 66,50 wohl wieder aus neben und zusatzkosten |

DasElfblorenz entspricht meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hauses. Dazu ist es zu alt und zu muffig, ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, da es in Dresden für diesen Preis eindeutig besseres gibt! Die Qualität der Betten ist sehr schlecht. Die Matratzen sind so hart, als wäre Holzbrett eingelegt, um ein "Durchsacken" zu verhindern. Aussderdem ist das Hotel als und unser Zimmer stank, so dass wir die ganze Nacht mit geöffneten Fenstern schliefen, was eine Erkältung nach sich zog |

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da direkt vor dem Hotel die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich - kein Highlight. |

Die Lage des Hotels war für eine Städtereise super, man konnte zu Fuß Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Für ein Doppelzimmer war das Bett leider viel zu klein, vorallem wenn man mit einer Freundin oder wie ich mit meiner Mutter, so eine Reise macht. Und ich hatte extra noch um einzelne Betten oder ein großes Bett mit 2 Matrazen gebeten. Aber das war zu verkraften, sollte aber viell. mal überdacht werden. |

Goed ontbijt, rustig, goed aan te lopen naar binnenstad. Zeer goed restaurant ! Er zat plastic voor de ramen i.v.m renovatie-werkzaamheden. Was gelukkig weekend, dus er werd niet gewerkt. Je bent wel niet veel op de kamer, maar is toch een minpunt. |

Mir hat die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen am Epfang gefallen. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und ansprechend. Der Service im Hotelrestaurant entsprach nicht dem ersten Eindruck vom Personal beim Betreten des Hotels, war zwar freundlich aber eher unaufmerksam. |

Gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, trotzdem die Ruhe im Hotel und während der Nacht, gefallen hat mir auch das umfassende vielfältige Frühstück Nachdem ich am Abend den Sportlichen Ausgleich suche, habe ich Ihre Trimmgeräte benutzt dieser Bereich ist unzureichend was die Grösse wie die Ausstattung betrifft |

Die Ignoranz der Rezeption. Mein Vorschlag, doch mal einen Sticker am Schlitz der Einlaßschranke zum Parkhaus anzubringen z.B. "Hotelgäste" (Hotegast wird mit ermäßigter Gebüher belastet) rief nur den Kommentar hervor:"Wir haben es ihnen doch gesagt, wie es geht." Wenn man mit vielen neuen Eindrücken, auch stressiger Art, am Abend zum Hotel zurückkommt und verständnislose Huper hinter sich hat, vielleicht auch die Belehrung des Personals vergessen hat, hält man eine Schranke, welches einen Bedienknopf,Kartenslot und eine entsprechende Aufforderung parat hält, doch in erster Linie für ein Ausgabegerät!- und zieht sich eine neue Karte. Fragen Sie mal nach, wie oft man an der Rezeption schon alte Karten entwerten musste, weil dann die neue gil |

Der Service in diesem Hotel ist ausnehmend gut. Die Mitarbeiter jederzeit freundlich und die Qualität des Essens (Frühstück, Bar) sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werden es wieder buchen. |
