Elb-Residence Appartements

It's a hotel with nice facilities with laundry room and convenient to use it.Good breakfast.I'll stay again if visiting Hamburg City again.

Excelent room, confortavel, quiet, roomy, espacious!!; very clean, well furnished and located.

The Reception staff was unhelpful when requiered more two nights, We were told that not avaliability room was possible; but, via Internet we got it..... a reservation for the next two days at an excelente prize???

OK appartment, but a bit "worn out". Area ok, but not much to see if walking around.

Kitchen furniture and tools were very complete, cleaning all days, silence in- and outside, taxis continuously available, near the city-center (3,5 km), park nearby.

Hotel staff is very young and without experience, we told them about lost luggage when we arrived, and when the baggage arrived next day, they simply send it back to the airport. They never cleaned the kitchen floor. No blinds, rooms aren't very dark at early morning hours. Very few parking slots, you'll have to park somewhere on the roads.

The big room with balcony, quiet surroundings, ample parking, easy access to public transport and very reasonable price.

First of all privacy. Here we felt ourselves like at home. Location is quite good - just two stops from city center (central railway station) by train, the nearest station is about in 15 min walk. Bus stop is in 2-3 min walk. Nice small park near hotel - for walkers, joggers. Grocery shop and take away food places are close.

A very comfortable setting for a short business trip.

The rooms are big and very clean.The breakfast is great.The apartment was a 1 bedroom but one could close the door and have 2 separate rooms just in case somebody snores!

The room was clean, and had a decent size kitchen. We were given an apartment with a kitchen when requested.

The standard room did not include a kitchen, fortunately we were still given a kitchen but we had to take two singles instead of a double room. Two lights did not work in the apartment, including the bathroom light. The hotel is not connected by train, you need to take the bus into the city which takes about 10mins.

Vi är nöjda. Bra pris. Inget problem att det ligger en bit ifrån centrum, det är bara att ta bussen som ligger en 250 meter ifrån hotellet. Skönt med ett eget kök. Väl mottagna i receptionen. Bra att vi kunde köpa Hamburg-card här. Med detta kort kunde vi, en grupp på tre personer, åka kollektivtrafik och annat för cirka 13 euro.

Sängarna är lite väl hårda, men sov gott ändå. Utsikten är kanske inte så spännande.

Die freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen und das großzügige, gut ausgestattete Appartment haben uns sehr zugesagt.

Der Wellness-Bereich fällt sehr klein aus, es sind zudem dort nur wenige Liegen vorhanden.
