If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

For our youngest guests, or anyone else, the hotel provides a petting zoo.

Liegt super an der Elbe, ruhig etc.. Dessau und Bauhaus in der Nähe. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Port für Kreditkarte funktionierte nicht. |

Am besten hat meinem Mann und mir die Lage des Hotels mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Elbe und die Elbauen gefallen. Wir waren im neuen Gebäude in einem sehr schönen Zimmer mit Balkon untergebracht. |

Ruime fraaie kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de Elbe. Prijs/kwaliteit erg goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Badkamer schoon, erg ruim en praktisch. Er waren geen minibar en safe op de kamer, dat zou wel prettig zijn. |

Posizione tranquilla, stanze spaziose e confortevoli. Staff gentile e disponibile nonostante la scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese. Ristorante davvero ottimo! La posizione vicino al fiume inevitabilmente comporta la presenza di qualche insetto nella stanza. |

Smuk beliggenhed ud til Elben. Godt værelse i nyindrettet ejendom ved siden af hotellet med udsigt og balkon ud mod floden. God betjening, dejlig stor serveringsterrasse ud mod floden. Hyggelig lille landsby med ægte stork, som vi så flyve flere gange. En overnatning på gennemrejse til Østrig. |

Nähe zur Elbe. Reichlich Vögel in der Luft und Fische im Wasser. Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster. Absolute Ruhe.Schönes Abendessen. Es wäre schön, wenn in absehbarer Zeit der Parkplatz vor der Dependance befestigt werden könnte. |

De ligging van het hotel direct aan de rivier, de ruime kamer met uitzicht op de Elbe, de prima bedden. De totale stilte in de avond en nacht (het ligt nogal afgelegen). Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. |
