Wonderful location near the HBF and easy waking distance to Marienplatz and many other attractions; tour buses, gardens shops and old town. Helpful staff.

The room was a little cramped for two. A little noisy on a Friday night.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and designed with a nod to traditional German furnishing. Fantastic location—less than 5 minutes from the Hbf, and a short walk from Marienplatz, the Haufbräuhaus, and other notable landmarks. Close to shopping, cafés, and comfort foods (for the weary foreign traveler). Luggage storage was available for travellers leaving Munich later than check-out (or who arrive earlier than check-in), which was handy.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the train station and local shopping. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was very nice and well staffed. The on-demand coffee machine in the breakfast area makes fresh ground coffee into various style at the push of a button!

The hotel is in a mixed neighborhood and there are some noisy and probably drunk people shouting in the street a few times in the night.

Super clean, great room, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good location (close to the main train station), parking just around the corner for 10€ per night.

Great location. 2Min to Central Station and 10min walking to city center. Room was really comfortable and clean. For the price it was a great choice! Staff is nice and you have coffee and tee for free.

It is good for staing for one ore two night. Brekfast was very good.

This is not 3 star hotel, but rather 1-2 stars. The room is extremely small, did not even place for the baggage. there was extremely narrow corridor of 1 - 1,5 meters which lead to the room which was a size of the bed with 40 sm between bed and window.

Room was cramped: a double + 1 extra bed for 4 year old baby , we were not able to go round the bed, we had to jump. Anyhow just for one night , it worked.

Very good location: 1 min from the Central Station (where we took the S-Bahn to the airport) and a few minutes from Marienplatz (historical centre). The hotel is getting old, but it's clean and the staff is nice.

It's a bit noisy at night and twin rooms are very small indeed - however for the price, it's tolerable. They charge 2€/day for a very slow wireless network.

Clean, fast & easy Perfect if you are looking for a place to sleep where you can arrive late.

The location is very convenient, next to the main train station in Munich, very close to the old city - the cultural and shopping center. The single room was small, but adequate, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was really fancy - above my expectations. The design of the hotel interiors was colorful and playful. The room and the bathroom were clean, not spotless to the perfection, but definitely acceptable and comfortable. There was some candy and fruit in the room free of charge - a very nice touch. The staff was amazing - incredibly attentive and helpful. They gave me lots of tips about the places to visit in the city, things the 'locals' know. There was coffee and tea in the lobby free of charge 24/7 which was really nice. I didn't buy breakfast there (at 9 euros per day), but it looked pretty good of a breakfast buffet.

The main complaint I have about the hotel is the quality of the WiFi. It was too slow, there was no way to stream video, not even the music. I had to wait to load every page, even with little graphics on. And they charged me 2 euros per day for WiFi. Also, there was only one partially English-language channel on TV, with some programs in German. There wasn't even CNN or BBC World. So with no TV and no internet, the in-room entertainment options were limited.

Staff were not that helpfull, way over priced in terms of what you get at other hotels. you had to leave your room key at reception if you went out.

It was clean and nice and very near train station, the room is cozy and nice with wood furniture.

Perfect location: 1 min. walking from the railway station and metro, 15 min. walking or 2 metro stops from Marienplatz. Nice rooms with new furniture. Perfect value for money.

Location - close to central station and in few minutes walking from Marienplatz. Cooperation in using parking garage with the neighbour hotel. Excellent breakfast.
