The beds! Ended up with two singled instead of the double booked. Both had very thin foam type mattresses and rubber under sheets, a la hospital beds. Do they expect all guests to pee the bed? Also the pillows were too soft with no extras in room. All in all a good hotel let down by awful beds.

La propreté, la grandeur des chambres, la salle de bain, le calme de l'hôtel, la parking gratuit, la salle du petit-déjeuner La personne à l'accueil n'était pas des plus agréables, mais le personnel de l'hôtel autrement si!

zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage Sehr freundlicher Empfang und viele Infos und Tipps Schönes grosses Zimmer und Badezimmer Freundlicher Frühstücksraum und ausreichendes Angebot Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Das Hotel wird im Wesentlichen von Behinderten sehr gut geführt. Das war aber gar kein Problem, es ging zwar manches etwas langsamer, aber es klappte alles vorzüglich. Da wir von Samstag auf Sonntag übernachteten, bekamen wir Sonntag zum Frühstück ein Glas Sekt - es war unser Ferienauftakt - wunderbar! Den Preis fand ich erst etwas hoch, doch im Nachhinein durchaus vertretbar.

Ein freundliches,sauberes Hotel in guter Lage zur Altstadt.Parkplatz vorhanden! Leider war in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle, die ev.zu Störungen führen kann.

Het hotel was goed, de kamer zeer schoon. Het hotelpersoneel bestond grotendeels uit verstandlijk gehandicapten. Een pluspunt in de horeca! De koffie/thee was gratis (in de hal) waar tevens een tafel met dranken klaar stond. Kortom, een goed hotel!

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, Service und die Sauberkeit des Hotels bemerkenswert. Unser Zimmer war schön und sehr geräumig. Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage (Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen). Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Dass dort auch eingeschränkten Menschen die Möglichkeit zum Arbeiten geboten wird. Als ich nach fast 8 h Fahrt in Detmold ankam und mich gerne erfrischt hätte, war das Zimmer um 14.00h noch nicht fertig. Beim Frühstück ist etwas zu viel Getüdel. Ich finde es schade, dass booking.com die Vergünstigen des hotels für mehrtägige Aufenthalte nicht übernimmt.
