Service efficient and friendly, room received very spacious and clean, nicely decorated, obviously recenly redecorated Room used was on th corner of major traffic intersection and could not open windows due to noise. Not very near city center, bath towels small and not absorbent |

The Hotel people was very friendly and all our needs came true. Good position and peaceful place. The mini kitchen was nice but no any knifes or spoons etc. Only a few classes. And no koffee machine. But a free beers was really a big surprise :) |

Although not in the 'very' city center,10 minutes away by bus,20 minutes on foot.Very well operated,peaceful hotel,I could highly recommend to anyone,especiaaly for Oktoberfest visitors,since the Theressienwiese is like 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Besides,we were upgraded to a maisonette,which was highly appreciated:) |

Everything perfect. There were a problem with our reservation but the staff solved at arrival. It is recommended to confirm the reservation directly with the hotel after booking on this website. |

When I arrival hotel staff they said for me your room has been canceld before 4 days and no room for you and after one our talkin they said we we will give you the room and this only from us to help your family. The reception staff not smile friendly and very hard sometimes. |

Why can't all hotels be like this ? Excellent in every way, with spacious, well equipped rooms, good parking and efficient staff. During the stay the hotel restaurant was closed due to "water leaks". |

The room we had was an apartment style room that was on the corner of the building. This offered us a view of the quaint street and also gave us distance from other hotel guests. There was insufficient parking for hotel guests which forced us to find parking on the street. Although we found free street parking, the parking garage is extremely small and the spaces are tight fitting. |

We had double superior room and like very much sleeping corner at gallery and kitchen corner and wordrobe room. We had two children who slept downstairs in leaving room. The room was very interesting and nice, worth the money. There is not enough place in hotel garage so we had to look for parking place around hotel. |

I found this one of the better hotels for the price, that I have stayed in while in Munich. A bit out of the old town, but if walking a mile is ok, then not a problem. Taxi service was inexpensive if you do not want to walk. |

I lked very much the luxury and elegance and the quietness of the hotel and the breakfast quality also. I didn't like the attempt of the hotel staff to persuade me that my room was double room "plus" instead of a small double room. I have booked (selected) through "Booking.com" a double room (superior). I realized (saw) that such type rooms (greater) were also in the same floor in which I stayed. |
