It was promised while booking that no deposit requires. Unfortunately at the first day 370 euro was charged from my account and the money is still frozen. This is а really inconvenient.

A beautiful Hotel that I have stayed at on many previous occasions. Unfortunately our short break was spoiled by a very pushy male waiter who I believe was the Head Waiter. He took no notice of our requests and then tried to add an item to the bill that we had not ordered or consumed. All the other staff in the Hotel were wonderful and so helpfull.

Very friendly staff who spoke good English (and understood my bad German). Spacious, good facilities and very clean. Great location for local shopping and stop-over for touring the Neatherlands and further into Grmany. Bar seating platform was rather norrow. There is no edge barrier and somone could easily fall off when moving the chair back to stand up.

Beautiful high quality fixtures in a very spacious room. Good wifi and great bed. Top class hotel Bit far from town centre so was unable to drink as I had to drive. Not so easy after a world cup football match

The recptionist was very courteous and explained everything. The room was excellent and all the little touches were well received. Free mini bar was a nice touch, and the restaurant was superb.

yaklasik 10 yildir MG ye geliyorum, tercihim hep bu otelden yana oldu. free mini bar ve internet hizmetlerini, calisanlarin ilgisinden cok memnunum. ayrica restauranti da MG nin en iyilerinden.

Die Lage, da Nähe zur Autobahn und zu meinem Kunden; die Ausstattung/der Komfort; das gute Angebot im Restaurant; der Service bzw. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend - alles junge, motivierte Leute, ausgeprägt in dere Serviceleistung. Der Manager könnte freundlicher grüßen.

Uitstekend hotel, erg attent personeel heerlijk eten. Neem alleen geen standaard eenpersoons kamer. (#333) in ieder geval, deze is wel erg klein. Maar zelfs deze kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij een comfort kamer krijg je wel waar voor je geld. Standaard eenpersoons kamer erg klein.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Super Frühstücksbüffet. Minibar inclusive, hat man selten. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir waren zum Heimspiel Gladbach angereist. Das Stadion ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, also perfekt fürs Fußballwochenende. Wir kommen wieder.

Alle sehr freundlich und kompetent, Zimmer sauber, es ist einfach alles stimmig, wunderschöne dekos. Das Essen im REstaurant und Frühstück sind zwar nicht gerade billig - aber von wirklich hervorragender Qualität und mit Liebe gemacht. Das Frühstück mit EURO 15 finden wir zu hoch. So viel kann man gar nicht essen, dass sich das rechnet. Ich denke, so nehmen diese viele nicht in Anspruch und essen lieber um die Ecke ein Brötchen und Tasse Kaffee. Wenn es um die Hälfte billiger wäre, sähe das gleich anders aus. Viele können in der Früh einfach nicht so viel essen - um den Tag gut zu starten (grade bei Messen) braucht man aber doch in der Früh etwas im Magen.
