I liked how clean the rooms were. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I could not believe that this above standard hotel was just only a 3 star hotel. Parking was also provided when all else failed. Strongly recommend this hotel to family,friends, honeymooners, etc.

The fact that we were given a front door key and invited to come and go at leisure. Very pleasant and relaxed staff and surroundings. Perfect for an overnight stay.

No space for short stop for cars.

I really liked the attention of the Staff and their kindness towards the people. The hotel facilities are good for people travelling for business and the rooms for single persons are comfortable enough. The most great thing was having Internet Connection, so you can still keep in contact with family and friends.

Clean rooms, balcony, friendly staff, night check-in box, 24 snack bar at reception, tram to the center in vicinity.

The location was great,very convenient for trams. The hotel information was excellent as was the wifi,no constantly logging in! The breakfast was very good.

Checking in to a hotel was like ordering a burger from drive through. No personal check in, only the key was dropped to a mail box?! The beds were too hard and one of them had even a hole in the middle. Bathroom was full with mold. Room was way too hot, but you could not keep the windows open because otherwise the noice from the opposite restaurant would have kept the kids awake. On the site it was saying that the hotel is situated next to the highway, but getting out of the city took a long time because of the constructions on the roads.

Stayed at Hotel Elite to and from our vacation in Italy, the Hotel has free WIFI which was a definite bonus, the included breakfast buffet is well stocked and has something for everybody.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull, the location is good, you can walk to the City Center and Railwaystation E.T.C. The breakfast is excellent!!! It was my second stay and I would come again.
