Good location

Too loud, very thin walls. Room smelled of chemicals.

The staff was very friendly, good location, secure parking place. Overall good value for money.

Really rich breakfast for two stars, very friendly staff, location (easily achievable and not too far from the center), simple but very comfortable rooms and beds, bathroom even with the bathtub.

Very thin doors, you hear stairway very good, if you are going there for some city-holiday, better to take ear protection.

The old staff at the reception is friendly and in a happy mood. The room where I stayed was bigger than I had expected. This hotel stands closely from the south station of Cologne (Koeln Sued). You can use S-bahn and even walk to Dom and the famous museums such as Schnuttgen, Warlaf-Richarz, Ludwig, and chocolate museum.

Excellent staff ; breakfast very good. Room quiet and clean. What more could you want for the price?

The reception was open even late at night. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room neat and tidy. Dirty tables cleaned immediately. Good service. Beds of reasonable quality, bed linens fresh and clean. We liked the owner's attitude: I care for my business.

The bathrooms need renovation desperately.

We were on the fourth floor so the elevator was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful considering the price of the room. The room was spartan but had a good tv with a lot of channels. The parking was enclosed with three spots.

A 15 meter narrow corridor was required to pass through to get to the parking which is so tight you can not turn around. A large van could not get in. We had a small car and it was still difficult.

The hotel is simple, but clean, with good and healthy breakfast. To reach the hotel you can take the train to Koeln Sud, from there follow the map and in 3 minutes you are at the hotel. Perfect for groups, or couples.

I wouldn't recommend it for families with little kids, as the hotel is a bit narrow (entrance, stairs...).

The location near the University, the friendly and efficient staff, the ratio price/quality.

To have to pay for getting a wifi connection (otherwise excellent);

The hotel is clean, the stuff is willing to aside and answer questions. Very close to Cologne university and walking distance to the city center. Lots of restaurants and bars near-by.

Good location, next to shops and places to eat. Train station was very close. Tram is two stops from very nice clubs.

Very friendly reception, and good english spoken for us Americans. The wifi worked, the breakfast was simple and good. Sparingly decorated room with tiled floors might be not lovely for some people but we didn't mind, clean room with comfortable bed.

Location and friendly staff

I got an upgrade for the first two days. The rooms were well designed and furnished, perfect for a short stay.

The bed for the first room was too soft for me. A little decoration to humanize the rooms would be welcome.

хоть и вблизи жел.дороги, но на тихой улице - в номере достаточно тихо. отель несколько староват, но чистота поддерживается на должном уровне, завтраки средненькие, адекватны категории гостиницы. персонал приветливый, поогает сориентироваться в районе гостиницы вновь приезжающим. внизу на ресепшене модно купить воды/сникерсов на крайний случай (а буквально за углом есть Kiosk, работающий ночью).

звукоизоляция внешняя лучше, чем внутри гостиницы - было слышно, как приходят и укладываются спать все полуночники-соседи по гостинице.

хороший завтрак, доброжелательный персонал, куча кафе рядом, чисто, ванная вместо традиционной душевой кабины.

Ottimo servizio per un 2 stelle, stanza piccola ma pulita, colazione adeguata anche se non ricchissima, possibilita' di parcheggiare, staff gentile e disponibile.

Di certo non e' un hotel lussuoso o di charme, ma per un 2 stelle e' molto buono.

シングル料金でツインの部屋に泊まれた。ドイツは一般的に水周りが良く，熱いお湯とバスがあり，疲れを癒す- ことができた。朝食もまずまず。

中庭が窓から見えるが，街の汚れが良く見えてしまい幻滅する。
