Hotel ELITE an der Universität  

Un hotel essenziale, perfetto se volete un appoggio pulito e ben posizionato durante la vostra visita di Colonia! I punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la posizione (è a meno di 10 minuti da barbarossa platz e a soli 2 minuti dalla stazione di koln sud) e il prezzo inferiore alla media.. Pulito, pratico, staff con sufficiente conoscenza della lingua inglese. Consigliatissimo per chi come noi cerca un hotel pratico a un prezzo giusto!

Non è sicuramente il top del comfort ma siamo cmq riusciti ad ottenere un letto alla francese (è un po' più piccolo del matrimoniale) e non I soliti due singoli uniti che sono scomodissimi! La camera è cmq pulita così come il bagno! La cosa peggiore alla fine era l'odore di fritto (uova) che invadeva I corridoi la mattina, e le pareti non troppo spesse (avevamo un vicino canterino che ogni mattina alle 7 ci dava la sveglia).

I got an upgrade for the first two days. The rooms were well designed and furnished, perfect for a short stay.

The bed for the first room was too soft for me. A little decoration to humanize the rooms would be welcome.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, good breakfast, surprisingly quiet with windows shut considering proximity to Köln Sud station (in itself an advantage).

Location: Near Dasselstrasse bhanhof Sud u bahn station and db station. In the safe and lively student quarter, with pubs, takeaways and transport facilites just a few feet from the hotel door. Check in: Was great, Oliver at the desk was very helpful and warned me that they had problems with one of the rooms and offered to change it should I so desire. Room: Very clean and warm. Beds were very comfortable. Bed linen was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast: Continental, decent selection of cold meats, cereals, bread, jams, fruits and cheese. Value: Excellent value for money. Do not expect any pages and maids in silver and sable livery at your beck and call to do all your bidding, but for what I had paid and for the location, it was great. Should you be one of those people who prefer a few cups of good tea the first thing in the morning, I recommend that you pack your travelling kettle as well.

The only negative words I have to write about Elite (and the only reason why I had rated the hotel staff as "good" and not "excellent", despite the excellent service I had from Oliver) is that you need to have your receipt on you when you check out. The young lady at the desk whilst I was checking out had expected me to pay again for my stay and I do not care to dwell on what might have had happened had I not have had my bill and my receipt with me... And it took quite a few phone calls to her colleagues to convince her that I was not trying to run away without paying my dues.

I like this Hotel a lot. Kind staff, close to Neumarckt. The Price is great, the breakfast is good but the walls are very thin! The room was clean (with a bathtub!) It's close to the University so you can find many Pubs, Restaurants and Supermarcket. Thank to the staff, once again, Fanta

Very friendly welcome and very helpful staff.The rooms are comfortable and clean , very good choice for breakfast , fresh food.Ideal location for tram / going shopping to town.Open 24 hours, parking space / garage.Staff speaks English.Stayed at the hotel a few times before and we'll go back soon !

Sehr gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum/ der Universität in Köln mit hoher Keipendichte und lebendigem Abendleben; trotzdem ruhig; sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück; sehr einfache Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, wenn man dort nur schlafen und frühstücken will; gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel; gutes Preis- Leistungssverhältnis

Der Aufzug geht nicht bis in den 5. Stock; Parkplatzsuche könnte sich schwierig gestalten; wir hatten Glück und haben direkt davor parken können;

Un bon rapport qualité/prix avec le petit déjeuner complet. La chambre d'une bonne surface, avec l'équipement nécessaire. Sa situation dans le quartier universitaire animé. Un excellent accueil.

Les difficultés de stationnement dans le quartier quand le parking de l’hôtel est complet.

Nette Rezeption, ruhig, Frühstück OK!

Könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen (besonders das Bad)..
