Buon prezzo e colazione ok

Lo staff dell'hotel è davvero encomiabile sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è nettamente positivo.

Location: Near Dasselstrasse bhanhof Sud u bahn station and db station. In the safe and lively student quarter, with pubs, takeaways and transport facilites just a few feet from the hotel door. Check in: Was great, Oliver at the desk was very helpful and warned me that they had problems with one of the rooms and offered to change it should I so desire. Room: Very clean and warm. Beds were very comfortable. Bed linen was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast: Continental, decent selection of cold meats, cereals, bread, jams, fruits and cheese. Value: Excellent value for money. Do not expect any pages and maids in silver and sable livery at your beck and call to do all your bidding, but for what I had paid and for the location, it was great. Should you be one of those people who prefer a few cups of good tea the first thing in the morning, I recommend that you pack your travelling kettle as well.

The only negative words I have to write about Elite (and the only reason why I had rated the hotel staff as "good" and not "excellent", despite the excellent service I had from Oliver) is that you need to have your receipt on you when you check out. The young lady at the desk whilst I was checking out had expected me to pay again for my stay and I do not care to dwell on what might have had happened had I not have had my bill and my receipt with me... And it took quite a few phone calls to her colleagues to convince her that I was not trying to run away without paying my dues.

I like this Hotel a lot. Kind staff, close to Neumarckt. The Price is great, the breakfast is good but the walls are very thin! The room was clean (with a bathtub!) It's close to the University so you can find many Pubs, Restaurants and Supermarcket. Thank to the staff, once again, Fanta

Rooms very clean and basic breafast is very good .the staff are very helpful and courtious .ideal location for nightlife and eating out.easy transport links to koln town centre

It is a very small, old fashioned hotel but staff are very friendly and helpful.

Do not expect a lot of luxury.

Soweit für die Preisklasse alles ok! Einfaches Hotel - wir haben aber auch nicht mehr erwartet. Zimmer klein aber sauber (gefliest). Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.

Die Hygiene beim Frühstück war beschämend! So wurden u. a. die Tische nach Gebrauch mit einer Serviette abgewischt (husch, husch - alles auf den Boden...) und entsprechend fleckig war somit leider unser Tisch. Auch z. B. keine Zangen bei den Brötchen, so dass alle drin "rumfummeln" konnten.

Bei diesem Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist das Hotel nur zu empfehlen. Positiv fand ich auch, dass die Rezeption 24h besetzt ist.

Das Eingangstor der Garageneinfahrt istsehr eng und kaum mit einem grösseren Auto passierbar
