The staffs are very helpful but lack the knowledge of latest review of restaurant or nightlife. Rooms lack of facilities such as coffee making. The ventalation in hotel need to improve. Breakfast : should have more choice like continental breakfast, the orange juice is horrible preferable freshly squeeze one. |

Shower head would not stay straight due to the tension in the hose. Either too far to the left, ensuring one did not get wet (a major drawback, I would say), or too far to the right guaranteeing a wet floor. |

The hotel is a great example of how to meld original architecture with an interesting room layout that features contemporary materials and layout. The food was excellent but a little pricey especially breakfast. |

In the center of the shopping area. Clean. Kind personnel. No kingsize bed while asked for, small shower, minimalistic really means minimalistic (from comfort point of view). Breakfast buffet is a bit minimalistic too :-) |

Good, helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, impressive style, comfortable welcoming public soace, interesting exhibitions Sinister main staircase and entrance lobby with lifts |

The hotel decor was very chic and also functional I feel the room I had been assigned (which was supposed to be superior) was quite small for a 5 night stay |

The staff were very friendly and helpful although the hotel was nice the rooms are very minamilist and white and whilst it may suit some people it was not are cup of tea. |

In many ways an excellent concept hotel. breakfast good but pricey bar very cool with jazz dj in cubicle adjacent. Best cup of herbal tea ever! Location pretty good with u-ban access close TV selection poor,no internet access from room,no room service which is poor for this class of hotel |

Ik ben volledig tevreden over de totale atmosfeer die er in dit hotel hangt. Warme ontvangst, zeer behulpzaam personeel, zalige bedden, sfeervolle omkadering, bar en loungehal met leuke, warme achtergrondmuziek... Ik heb hier echt enkele dagen genoten! |

Bliskość do KaDeWe, śniadania, ogólna atmosfera, czystość. Winda nie dojeżdza bezpośrednio na piętro, trzeba pokonowyać kilka schodów na piechotę. Wykonywanie przez kobiety typowo męskich czynności (boy hotelowy, kelnerka dźwigająca stosy talerzy oraz skrzynki z napojami), prysznic w sypialni, brak półki na walizkę, brak czajnika w pokoju. |

Perfekte Lage zu Ku´damm und KaDeWe; angenehme, nicht allzu große Zimmer, sehr nettes Restaurant. Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer (WC separat) - momentan im Trend, aber nicht jedermanns Sache. |

Très bonne situation ; accès facile à tous les sites berlinois (métro et bus tout proches et ligne directe) Chambre trop petite ; manque d'intimité du fait de la salle de bain ouverte ; rangement non fonctionnel Dommage.... |
