We did not meet one grumpy employee. They all seemed eager to help us, and they did it with a smile! My mother had knee replacement surgery and has some difficulty with stairs. |

It was very clean and breakfast was included. The town it is in is very cute and quiet. It is not right in Heidelberg but the train ride was pretty short once we figured it out. |

Hotel staff is friendly and speak English. The hotel is near Heidelberg and the Technik Museum in Sinsheim. There is no lift in the hotel which makes things difficult if carrying luggages or with old people. |

It is very far from Heidelberg. It's a small village, nobody knows that village, difficult to arrive and without public transport to Heidelberg. If you go by car, it's very difficult to parkj in heidelberg, you'll park in a paying car park. SO it's better to book a hotel more in the center, it's more expensive, but you save the transport to the city |

nice lokation and big outside dinning area . the entrans/exit was not easy because of the key system and the stairs.i could not find any fireascaperoute in case of fire. |
