The hotel is comfortable. Check in is always smooth and quick. Service is friendly and efficient. The airconditioning does not work well so rooms are usually hot. |

There was a nice environment there. I liked it very much. The breakfast was not that good. Normally I like verieties of choices as my breakfast. It was also a bit expensive. |

I love the Grand Elysee Hotel, I am a guest since it's first opening 22 years ago. This is the only Hotel I would recommend in Hamburg. Comfortable rooms, good Restaurants, short walk to downtown and to the Alster Lake. |
