Good location, close to the main atractions. Good restaurant and breakfast. When arriving, try to make sure that your requests (made on booking) are fully undestood and complied. My wife and had specifically asked for a non smoking, quiet room. We were shown a smelly room facing the main throughfare. |

Free internet, spacious rooms and the restaurants in the hotel which come handy if you arrive late. My third stay and I will come back. First time I had problems in this hotel. The first room they gave me was next to a water or air con pipe which made a terrible noise at certain times of the day but no problems to change rooms. |

Excellent hotel with good sized rooms and a large swimming pool and wellness area. Good location too, public transport nearby. Breakfast quite expensive, but several coffee shops around as an alternative. |

The room was huge by European standards. Excellent beds. Great location in a quiet part of the city, but only 3 minute walk to a train station so that you can get anywhere you want quickly. Roughly 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the city. A/C did not perform very well. Fortunately it was not hot during our stay. |

This could have been a nice weekend trip if they allowed us to get some rest. Very noisy! Our room was over the ballroom! Impossible to get rest. Terrible. |

Very service minded staff, central location, spacious rooms, nice park view from our room, clean pool area We booked a 3 person room well in advance, but got a double room when we arrived. When we pointed out the mistake, the excellent staff quickly resolved the problem by putting an extra bed in the room. The quality of the extra bed was poor though. If a 5 star hotel offers a 3 person room you would expect a room with 3 great beds, not a double room with a poor extra bed. If so, they should point it out when you book online. Otherwise a great hotel, highly recommendable. |
