Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

so clean and comfortable. Very warm despite snow and ice outside. Nice garden backing onto the river. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. 5 minutes walk from Europa Park. Local Restaurants very good. |

Very comfortable, clean rooms. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils - no need to bring your own. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Europa Park main entrance. Fantastic place ! |

Very comfortable, clean, spacious. A 5 min walk to EuropaPark. Hans, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for kids! Large garden in back, games. We tried to call the evening before our visit--the call was handled uprofessionally and unefficiently by the recipient. |

Lovely apartment - modern, clean and well thought out - Great garden to relax/play in. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Set in the village 5 mins from Europark - A great place to stay for the park or exploring further. There are quite a few steps to carry up heavy cases but once your in it's brilliant! |

It is like staying at home, the garden is nice specially for the children to play & enjoy their time, and the rooms were clean. The location is close to Europa Park. Also, the parking is available and in the vicinity of the building. The availability of reception staff was minimal during our stay. The unavailabilty of elevator is a bit difficult for travellers with luggage. The kichenette is small, but managable. Also, I didn't like being charged additional 40 Euros for getting extra pillows and for using the washing machine & dryer, when I was not informed ahead of such additional charges. |

The staff was very friendly and made it feel like home. They took time to answer any questions we had. The amount of German taxes were a lot higher than expected. Also, although the room was very clean, there was something in it that a few of the family was allergic to. One son spent the night on the balcony because he was sneezing so badly. |
