The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving local information. The room had a kitchenette which would make it perfect for a longer stay. Value was excellent. The location, 2 stops from Marienplatz, is ideal. The hotel is in a quiet area. My room smelt of beer! The breakfast is also a little over-priced, although of excellent quality. |

It would have been useful to be able to charge the restaurant bill to the room. |

Desk staffers were especially helpful. The mini kitchen was a nice feature. Our room faced the street. Kind of noisy. |

Hotel location close to the center of Haidhausen is ideal for those having friends or relatives in that area. Also Gasteig cultural center is just a short walk away for music lovers. To reach other parts of the city (and the airport) the closest S-Bahn station at Rosenheimer Platz is just 5 minutes walk away. The suite on the top floor does not match the high price charged. The three level flooe plan is not practical and the kitchenette lacking in equipment (e.g. a toaster and a tea can or water boiler should be standard for the price). |

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Good location for event in Gaststeig. Only 15 minutes walk from the city centre, or 2 stations by metro. Breakfast was excelent!Parking in front of hotel costs 6 EUR per day which is cheaper than other hotels that were reviewed on web. |

Not far from the city centre, only two stops by the tube. Fantastic breakfast. You'll find two bottles of water and two bottles of beer in the fridge and it's free! No toilettaries in the bathroom. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and there was a kitchenette that even came stocked with 2 free beers and water! There is also a sauna and a fitness room in the hotel. A great value and in a great part of the city. |

The brakfast was unbelivably huge, there also was smoked salmon; you get 2 free bottles of water and 2 of beer per day in the room's frdige. We were supposed to pay 12 € per day for the parking right in front of the hotel, but during the weekend it's totally free , so we didn't have to pay anything. The spots on the carpet and the bed should have been a little bigger. Also the bathroom is quite smal even if it's comfortable. |

The staff were very approachable and friendly. Easy access to the Munich City centre. You could either have a nice walk (10/15 minutes) or hop on the train (2 minutes!!) to Marienplats. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities you would want for a long stay. Bryan |

Hotel located not too far from city centre (15 minute walk from Marienplatz), next to S-Bahn station Rosenheimer Platz. Medium to small size rooms, modern, well equipped (free drinks in minibar, possibility to make tee and coffee), TV with international stations, free WLAN (haven't tried it). I did not have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. |

The hotel is very well located -with easy access to the airport or downtown - many small restaurants, bakeries are around. Not to mention the very nice swimming pool (Volksbad) and the Gasteig. Some italian guests - smoking and beeing very loud late at night right under the windows of the front side bedrooms... And being as loud in the breakfast room as well!!! :-))) May be a small sign remining the guests to respect the other guests sleep at night? (or some tranquilizer in their expresso cups) |
