Fabulous location. Friendly. Nice breakfast. Flexible on the checkout time.

It's a very basic room for the money. There is building work going on next door which is hellishly noisy. The noise started at around 6am. Drilling started slightly later. I spoke to the man on reception who told me the times that the builders are allowed to start. They did keep within the times however the noise is a terrible problem. I don't think they should have clients staying in the rooms next to the building work as the noise is so dreadful. Alternatively this should be explained to clients and perhaps the prices should be halved. I did not receive any offer of discount for the unreasonable noise. I feel sorry for the hotel as the building work is next door and across the road, however it is not reasonable to expect customers to stay in these rooms without givinh them prior warning and a hefty discount.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! it has an internet connection for which you have to pay 1 euro (I guess a symbolic price), the hotel is located basically on the main shopping street and very close to the central station

The hotel is in the shopping area and near to the main station. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location, just 6-7 minutes walk from main railway station. On this occassion good value for money. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Very friendly staff.

There was nothing I found reason to complain about. Would stay there again.

The Hotel is very good located. It is placed only 10 m. from the shopping area, on quiet small street, and it is also very closed to the train Station, from where you could reach easily all you need, for example Koeln Messe, Airport and s.o. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Next time, when i visit Koeln again, i will be for sure also in this Hotel.

Very convenient for attending any trade fairs at the Kolnmesse.

This was my best hotel stay for the last two years: perfect location in the center of Cologne, right near the shopping area, rich and tasty buffet breakfast, the friendliest staff I've ever met, 24 hour reception, nice small room with quite good facilities – and all this for a more than reasonable price.

Ligging is fantanstisch centraal, midden in de stad en op loopafstand van musea, theaters en......winkels.

Neem oordoppen mee. In de relatief smalle straten met hoge bebouwing weerkaatst ´s-nachts ieder geluidje. De schreeuw van een zatlap wordt zo extra luid. Het raam dichthouden scheelt een heleboel, maar zal ´s- zomers geen optie zijn want een airco ontbreekt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Bei einem preis wie diesen hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten. Das Zimmer hatte noch nicht mal einen Duschvorhag, so das nach dem Duschen alles nass war. Außer Handtuch und Haartrockner gab es keinerlei Baduntensilien. Das Mobilliar und div. Einrichtungsgegenstände wirken sehr alt und abgenutzt.
