Hotel bien situé dans le centre ville. Rapport qualité/prix bon car prix inférieur au tarif pratiqué habituellement. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon accueil. |

The staff were helpful. The breakfast was a feast and it is oh so convenient to everything. Yes ! I had toleave for another hotel as I was moving on. |

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff; hotel right in very centre of city rooms could be a bit more equipped - for a 4-star hotel; heating could be a bit better |

The location of the hotel was excellent - a few minutes walk from the Dom in one direction and the altstadt in the other. Staff was friendly. |

Very friendly. Knew who we were as soon as we walked in the door! Despite a mess-up with the keys to our room going to someone else before we arrived, this was more funny than annoying. Room we ended up in was fine for our needs. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel Location very good, 15 minute walk from station with bags. Ideal position for shops and Cathedral. Good cake & coffee shop next door. Seal under shower door needed fixing, I ended up flooding bathroom floor! Woops, solved by angling shower away from door! |

Very friendly and helpful staff.Rooms cool and quiet.Decent buffett breadfast included.Quick efficient check-in / check -out.Very central location.A Really good hotel for the money (Oh and Wi-Fi in the room !) Only one English channel on the television.Breakfast room would have benefited from a communal toaster.A Bit noisy on Saturday night as it is close to a big nightclub |

Sanitär Anlagen sind gut und hygienisch gewesen. Auch die Bettwäsche war sauber.Frühstück war angemessen für den Preis für den ich gebucht habe.Sehr zentral gelegen. Es war vielleicht einbisschen zu laut von der Lage her, aber das sollte man in Kauf nehmen wenn sie mitten in der Stadt übernachten wollen. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Tee oder ich hab es nicht gefunden :-) |
