Other attractions such as the toy museum and the arts and craft shops can be easily reached on foot. Take advantage of the hotel’s central location to listen to the sound of the church bells in Seiffen, or the jingle of the small train that runs through the town. The hotel was completely renovated and offers comfortable, cozy and colorful accommodations with rooms of different categories. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The pickup and drop off at the train stop was very much appreciated. It was a perfect location in the village to walk about and see the various toy and ornament making workshops. It is a quaint but modern boutique hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in the center of Seiffen and in the center of the shops. The location is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On site parking was nice. The buffet breakfast was varied and good. The Italian restaurant was not good at all. We sent one dinner back and could not eat another one.

This hotel was nicely situated in the center of town. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would need, even a HD Television. The breakfast was good, friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again

The location was ideal as you could easily walk to all the wood craft shops. The room was quaint and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend it. Service in restaurant was slow so do not eat there if you are in a hurry.

Excellent restaurant and service, exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms, Parking directly in front of the door (literally), but limited. Furnishings were spartan, but more than adequate. Nothing to mention.

Proximity to shopping areas, the food at the restuarant was great and so was breakfast the next morning. No complaint, just remember to change the fruit as strawberrys go bad when the weather changes.

Clean, nice and cozy hotel. Good breakfast. Location is great, in the center of town. The best thing was the atomsphere of the hotel. With toys decorating the hall. Not so much parking space. Had to walk 5 minutes. But since the parking lot was for free nothing against it.

We loved the style of the hotel, the atmosphere, the staff, the location and the price. They were able to put our two rooms adjacent to each other without us even asking. We were able to park right in front of the hotel with our large van which was very convenient. The staff was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all our friends and family.

The staff did speak English, which was helpful. The room was very clean. Restaurant located directly in the hotel and the food was very good. Location is in the center of the city with close access to all the woodshops. Couldn't say enoguh good about this hotel.

We liked everything about his delightful hotel. It could not be located in a better place for visiting the shops. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms are charming, right down to the nutcrackers at every door down the hallway. Breakfast was exceptional and in a lovely room. This was our second stay here, and if we ever come this way again, we would defintely make reservations here!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Fur Fussballfans "Sky" im Hause. Frühstück ordentlich, allerdings etwas eintönig in der Auswahl. Essen in der "Pasta"-Stube sehr gut, im Hotel- Gasthaus gut und ausreichend portioniert. Alles zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Die Lage des Hotels bietet sich für Ausflüge (Z. B. Dresden, Altenberg, Oberwiesental, Karlsbad, Prag etc.) perfekt an. Auch Ausflüge mit dem Unternehmen "Kirsche" aus Seiffen sind sehr zu empfehlen (freundlich, kompetente Führungen, buchbar auch über das Hotel). Im Februar hatten wir eine perfekte Winterwelt! Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man keine abgehobenen Ansprüche stellt. Wir besuchen es sehr gerne wieder. Für Damen fehlen Kosmetikspiegel im Bad. In der "Pasta"-Stube sollten ruhig auch Pizza-Gerichte mit angeboten werden.

Nettes Ambiente. Gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage. Es wird draussen vorm Hotel mit Speisen geworben, wenn man dann im Restaurant diese essen möchte, dann gilt das Angebot nur bis 17:00 Uhr. Speisekarte hört sich lecker an - aber ein Mann wird von diesen kleinen Portionen nicht satt. Ich als Frau hatte Brust und Keule vom Huhn, habe aber nur zwei Keulchen bekommen. Hotel gut - Küche naja. Würden wieder dort schlafen aber auswärts Essen.

Sauber, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gute Lage im Ort, leckeres Frühstück. Frühstücksbüffet wurde nicht nachgelegt, bereits 30min vor Ende als noch einige Gäste kamen waren einige wichtige Dinge wie Milch oder Eier schon nicht mehr vorhanden. Schade, die Auswahl und das Ambiente sind nämlich echt gut.
