Gute Lage, ruhige Zimmer, angenehme Räumlichkeiten Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. An 2 Tagen hintereinander gab es z.B. keinen O.-Saft.

Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch im Harz bzw. Wernigerode: 10 Geh-Minuten zum Schloß, zum Zentrum. Nahe gelegen ein wunderschöner Park. Das Serviceteam ist außerordentlich bemüht und familiär-freundlich. Achtung: Hunde sind entgegen der Informationen bei booking nicht erlaubt. Uns wurde die Unterbringung unseres Beagles dennoch gestattet. Dies war aber eine Ausnahme. Das Restraurant serviert Hausmannskost von gutem Durchschnitt. Achtung: Hunde sind nicht erlaubt! Bitte die Informationen bei booking korrigieren!!!

Das Haus wurde vor 15 Jahren zum Hotel umgebaut. Leider hat das Geld nur zu einfachen Möbeln in den Zimmern gereicht, die auch mal kaputt gehen. Seit dem Umbau wäre einiges zu tun gewesen, was nicht oder nur unzureichend getan worden ist. Es gibt einiges zu tun. Ich bin aber nicht in dem Hotel gewesen, um dem Eigentümer die Arbeit abzunehmen, er sollte einmal einen kritischen Blick in seinem Haus umher schweifen lassen, in jedes Zimmer.
