Erlanger Hof    

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and very willingly spoke English - which was just as well! We checked into our room about 4 hours early and when we left, they were happy to hold on to our bags for us to collect later on our way to the airport - all at no extra cost.

The pillows were huge and full of air - typical european style, I guess, and not very comfortable. There were Tea-bags/coffee sachets and a complimentary bottle of water for the first night but these were not replenished.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for transport to and from airport. Proximity to shopping centre and U-Bahn system.

No refrigerator in room.

Clean, helpful staff, good breakfast (if you're early), free Internet in the lobby, quiet.

Outdated design, cheap furniture, tiny tv, no desk to work on in the room, no toothbrush/shampoo in the bathroom

Small room

The room was spacious and clean. U-bahn is very close-by.

Wifi in the hotel is available and free, but is at times extremely slow. There are almost no pubs, café's or restaurants in the direct neighbourhood (NeuKölln).

although not in the center, surprisingly close to everything due to the U-Bahn around the corner, awesome !!!

It's a good location near markets, shopping places and resturants. It's near to metro and bus stations too. The location of hotel is promissing as vital place.

I like the presence of computer with net, it's of course easier than bringing our personal one. I like the smile on faces of ladies who clean rooms.

I Liked the nearness to my daughter, the price, the food, the free bikes fantastic, the nearness to the swimming park which had 6 swimming pools (near templehof) which meant we could relax in the summer warmth in an out of city experience, the access to a computer, the price, the 24 hour reception, the convenience to the u-bahn to town and airport.the nearness to banks shopping centres and loads of unbelievable reasonably priced restaurants. there seemed to be noisy talking and gates opening the 1st weekend from 6.00a.m. But this never recurred during the week or the 2nd weekend

Very close to Rathaus Neukolnn U-Bahn station (1 min.) which is a good starting point for going out to Kreuzberg. Also from that station you can directly go to the nearest station to Tegel airport. Stuff is very good, very pleasent. Room was clean and comfy.

No, nothing. Everything was just fine.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable, with a very friendly atmosphere, and has delightful character of an old Berlin style architecture with two court spaces. Very different from the normal model of a modern synthetic multi-floor hotel. Although it is very quiet, it is also very close to the bustle of Neukölln and a U-Bahn station which connects to all parts of the city.

The price. The place is very valuable for the money.

The location isn't that good.

It was a really pleasant surprise, because I booked it mainly for its location, it being the nearest hotel I could find to where my daughter lives.The room was very bright and clean, a good size and the beds were very comfy.The bathroom was sparkling and the shower was excellent. Wifi was free. There was tea and coffee in the room and a bottle of water.The rooms backed on to a courtyard which meant no traffic noise was heard.Staff are friendly. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the U bahn and next door to a shopping centre.It's in a culturally mixed area away from the centre of Berlin with a variety of little shops and cafés.

It wasn't a problem for us but the main person on reception during our stay spoke only German.So if you had no German at all and needed information for your visit, then it might be frustrating. Some people might not like the area the hotel is in. The room was very quiet for 3 nights but on the last night there was noise from adjoining residences which tended to echo up.

Calm, clean, helpful staff.

Room had a strange old-cigarette smell. Curtains probably need washing as my partner could not go anywhere near them due to dust allergy. Would be nice to have a double-bed instead of two mattresses put together.

Nice and clean rooms! Quiet area! Good value for money!

Great quiet location but within short walking distance of u bahn and only a 10 minute ride to the centre of Berlin.Lovely rooms equipped well, spacious warm and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in and the bedding and pillows were of good quality. Well equipped bathroom , modern and very clean. The staff were most accommodating and helpful.l I would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring either a short or longer break on the periphery of the centre of Berlin where comfort and quiet are priority.

The corridors are a bit tatty and could do with decorating, Irons and ironing boards in the rooms would be helpful!

Nice, quite, clean, big room in hotel close to metro station. Parkingplace in next door parking garage 24h open for 6 euro/day. Good free wifi internet access in room. Good curtains that darken the room.

Hotel is more expensive with 60 euro/single than I usually pay for similar hotel in other cities. Workdesk too high for work on computer.
