Very central and pretty good value for such a location. I was given an apartment so had plenty of space. Lots of stairs, the room was cold and it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room |

its location right in the centre of the city. Friendly staff (helped out very well with locating a restaurant, agreed to a late checkout). The breakfast buffet. steep stairs, no lift, toilet outside room. But I knew all this before arriving and you get only what you pay for |

The hotel is located in the heart of an excellent shopping, cultural and entertainment environment. All these facilities are immediately around you when you leave the hotel and if you need to go further afield, the public transport is available immediately and is excellent. From these angles our stay in the hotel was a memorable experience. The huge number of stairs without lifts. |

free WiFi It was expensive(120 Euros), but very rundown with odd decor, no air (room had only one window so no cross ventilation), smoking in the lobby, other odors, and disinterested staff. |

The breaakest prepared was nice with the exception of canned fruit which of offered instead of fresh fruit which was offered in other hotels.Room was clean There were atleast 50 steps to get to room. No elevator.I Had a bike which was placed in terrace.that was about 25 steps up a narrow hallway.There could have been a city map given to guests.It is only on wall of Hotel.While I booked a budget room for 50 eur.they then up sold me to a room which had a toulet and shower in room.For the price, the amount of stair, it was quite a workout.I Would not return to place.GGuest should be given the choice to cancell before 6pm without charge and be able to cancell without cost if accomodation is not acceptable |

it's in the core center of the city, it has a great mexican restaurant just below the hotel, and gives free entry to the nearby gym and spa. Also, rooms are cleaned every day. a bit dusty, and wireless Internet was unstable |

staff very helpful, comfortable room,good breakfast,in the city center and inexpensive parking near by. although not a problem for us(late forties) stairs could be a problem for older guests. |

Hotel in the center. Thay provide parking for 7 Euro a day. No lift. You have to carry your cases to the 4th floor. Room which we order was with shower, but it was next to your bed in the room, behind the curtain. |

it was interesting to re-experience what is was like visiting europe in the early 70's. charming in its own weird way. a lot of the promised services were outside the hotel and although the old building and furniture are sort of funny, the room could be made more suitable for business travelers. wifi, better desk, plugs, etc. a bit larger tv with more than one english channel |

It's a fair price if you are planning a short stay. Location is nice because it's very central. Breakfast is ok too. It's not very clean. Towels, sheets and bathroom were ok. The problem was that in one of the high windows at the bathroom we could read (writen on the dust): "Schwein Stall"... That means that it's is not clean at all. Rooms were dusty and you could see it was not very clean. |
