The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and well thought out (for example, a retractable clothesline in the bathtub).  I appreciated that luggage carts were plentiful and available at the entrance to bring luggage to the rooms. On a hot weekend, we particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the ability to cool down and relax and shower in the spa/pool area.  Our two dogs got the royal treatment, with dog beds, blankets, treats and food and water bowls waiting for us in the room.  The sound insulation in the room was quite good, and our worries about the dogs reacting to the end of summer festival fireworks were unfounded. The breakfast buffet was delicious with good selection, and we enjoyed drinks at the piano bar. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of water sports on the lake.

Great and friendly staff. Perfectly located at the lake. Loved the spa, thermal pool, and sauna area + they have one indoor and a heated outdoor pool (even though it can get busy there). The rooms are decent, it's a perfect gateway for couples. Perfect for a walk along the lake, or some relaxing time off. The breakfast buffet was good and offered many options. They have plenty of bikes available for an extra charge - including electrical bikes

I liked the facilities in general: the pools, the sauna and the restaurants. There's also a Biergarten right in front of the hotel, where you can also get some food. The staff were nice in general.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area next to the lake and the hotel is a highly professional accommodation with friendly personnel, a nice Wellness area, several restaurants that are affiliated to the hotel, a luxurious breakfast buffet, and has a very precise sense of luxury that we really appreciated. We felt very well-attended to and want to come back.

Great stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, great breakfast, clean. Had nice room with view of lake. Spa is clean, nice saunas. Beautiful surrounding areas, too, we took very pleasant extended walks along the lake. Would recommend this place and come back. Easily reachable with a 20 min. walk along the lake from the Bad Saarow train station.
