Free use of the sister hotel spa/sauna facilities a 15 minute walk away. The rooms we got (two seperate singels) were not refurbished as the photos indicated but old with a shower the size of a phone booth. Don't book unless you get one of the reburbished rooms. We complained but all rooms were fully booked. We got a slight reimbursement but this was not noted on our bill so when we checked it took 15 minutes while all this was validated. It was a hassle. |

Very convenient for city centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Room newly decorated Room cold, shower room very small. Reception stair ways and resteraunt a little shabby |

Nice beds, good location close to city centre 1. Plastic flooring 2. The hotel is connected to some kind of SPA, in some papers it is included in the room price, in others there is a discount - please give clear information on costs etc. 3. WiFi should always be free for a hotel guest. |

Friendly bi-lingual staff; great location close to the old town and the Rhine, and just a ten minute walk from the Cathedral and train station. Clean rooms, very good breakfast. |

the hotel staff were very friendly and all spoke very good english. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. on the booking it stated the hotel had spa facilitiesincluded, on arrival we found out that this was at another hotel the other side of cologne and you had to pay extra to use it. could of done with knowing the hotel changed its name..... |

goede locatie, goed parkeren, goed ontbijt gehorig tussen de kamers en op de gan. Wij hadden geluk, maar ik denk dat je het slecht kan treffen met luidruchtige mensen of nachtbrakers |

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist auch sehr höflich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Aber am allerbesten ist eindeutig die Lage zur Altstadt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr positiv durch ihre ehrliche Freundlichkeit und absoluter Servicebereitschaft aufgefallen. Haben sogar das Frühstück (ein gesamtes Buffet) eine halbe Stunde vor der eigentlichen Öffnungszeit bereitgestellt, da ich früher los musste! Ein Riesenlob dafür! |

Besonders schön ist die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und dem Kölner Dom. Für Städtereisende eigentlich das ideale Hotel. Aber auch für Messebesucher ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. |

Selbstfindung über Internet und Google Straßen- und Satellitbilder über die Kölner Innenstadt um die Nähe eines zu besuchenden Restaurants am Heumarkt festzulegen. Das Waschbecken war raumbedingt klein geraten, aber ein Waschlappen war ja vorhanden. |

Aanwezigheid van parkeergelegenheid. De wagen werd keurig door het personeel binnengeloodsd in de parkeergarage. Goed Engels sprekend personeel. |

Jeg likte veldig godt beliggenheten, som var midt i blinken for mitt ærend. Og det var utrolig hyggelige og blide resepsjonister. De bør få bra med ros... Jeg tolket ut fra deres side at dette var et slags spa hotell. Jeg hadde med min samboer som skulle benytte seg av dette mens jeg var opptatt. Dette ble det lite av da vi fant ut at det ikke var noe basseng/spa der. Hadde jeg visst dette ville jeg bestilt på Lyskirchen som ligger ved siden av. Det kostet ikke mye mer, og der har jeg bodd før og var veldig fornøyd. Når det er sagt er det bra til foretning mennesker. |

I beskrivelsen sto det at dette var et spahotell. Når vi kom dit fikk vi vite at de hadde tilknytning til en spaavdeling et helt annet sted. Vi ble skuffet over at det ikke var basseng i det minste på hotellet. |
